So sad and heartbreaking and makes me cry but I love how they are living life and being good influences as mums for their children.
So glad she got put on the transplant list!
My mother had a friend who had a double lung transplant. She later went on to develop cancer in her new lungs and she lost her life, but she still gained years of good health. RIP Cindy.
I had a friend who battled all her life til she sadly aged 21 passed away from cystic fibrosis seeing these girls so close makes me emotional xx
I'm so sorry you two are dealing with this horrible disease. May God be always with you.
I’m crying like a baby as they speak of each other and their children. My goodness
Its so sweet who theses sisters have one another to relate to and just understand each other
I lost my nephew at 28. It crushed me. He went in for a lung transplant, but the donor had severe head trauma and there were clots in the new lungs.
I suffer from chronic bronchitis and the associated prolonged effects. I simply cannot imagine what these dear sisters go through constantly. May whatever gods are able, please ease their life’s struggles. 😍🇨🇦
When I was in 3rd grade I had appendicitis and during surgery they bursted and I got double pneumonia from it and after that until 7th grade I would get pneumonia all the time
Ive had severe asthma all my life with chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Now have COPD and pockets of emphysema. A few years ago i developed necrotizing pneumonia and the flesh eating bacteria severely damaged my right lung. I can sort of empathize with these ladies a bit although im sure they probably have it much worse. Its hard when you're breathless just to walk some days.
It's sad to hear that both of these moms let alone sisters have cf it's not easy and I send blessings your way to have full and happy lives
One an amazing altruistic thing to do for someone else who is not suffering. They are giving just to spread awareness. They are sick and tired everyday and to just do the tasks to give to others is difficult and they do it. I have asthma and I can’t imagine running but I’m also 61. So, imagine how they or she feels when she runs or doing dancing.
❤
Eu nem fazia ideia de quem tem essa doença podia ter filhos, achei que o pulmão não resistiria, ficou chocada e emocionada com a história dessas duas irmãs.
Espero que elas esteja bem.
There is a medicine for it now. Im not sure what year this is from, but there has been major breakthroughs with CF within the last 5 years
This is an old documentary, I hope she got her lungs.
Ladies - if you read this please know that I so admire you both and wanted to let you know you have such beautiful children!😍🇨🇦
Do you use the vests that pound on your torso to clear your lungs?
I wonder why they can't keep getting lung transplants every 7 to 10 years s to keep extending their lifespan span but I'm glad they have each other and a loving family to help keep them going .
I think Nikki died already.. if it wasn't Nikki it was the other one but I think I read a few years ago one of them passed away..
I read that it was Kristie that passed away in 2019. So heartbreaking!!!
@@mistytaylor8166 yes you're right actually.. it was Christy.. which I think was the one that ended up getting the new lungs correct?
Kristie died. I don’t think she got new lungs.
@@meganmorris5105 I read an article last night that said that yes it was Kristy who passed away after her lung transplant failed..
@@meganmorris5105 she did actually..they just failed.
This is so sad may allah make them feel better . Who died ?
I hope these beautiful women are on a lung transplant program.
Very sad......sorry
Damn, I had COVID once and not being able to breath RUINED me, I dunno how these queens cope with it
