A lot of people don’t even know their phones will do some of these things and they can turn these things on now that they know about them.

You need to distinguish between IOS 17.6 on a 4G phone and a 5G phone as 17.6 will run on both, but some of your directions ONLY APPLY to a 5G device. There is no "voice and data" setting on an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
