@@Certifiedcurl If vrrp priority not changed it remains at 100, the master/backup selection happens based on the highest configured interface ip address, in this video demo its 172.168.10.3 which is higher then 10.2 , hence 172.168.10.3 became master

How its possible ? You didn't change the vrrp priority for any of the router. Then how the router is decided for master and backup
