Anna your tips are wonderful! I’m improving my kayaking, finally got my roll, and I’m running harder stuff. I still have doubt in my skills and fear, so I’m going to definitely try holding gratitude at the beginning of a run instead of fear! I love this idea! Keep teaching and motivating!
