I'm in US, and I'm also in the same boat. Christmas 🎄 doesn't feel the same. I told the kids that I'm not able to buy alot and they understood. Everything is just so outrageous. 🥰
I watched a family that does 4 things for Christmas, something to read, something they need, something to watch and something to wear. If my kids were younger I would so do this now. But luckily they’re all grown, now I just have 3 grandbabies with 1 on the way.
My biggest goal for 2022 was to loose weight , but i ended up gaining weight . Here's to hoping that 2023 goes well and we can all accomplish our goals . All the best everyone !!
You are beautiful no matter what size you are. I absolutely love your personality ❤️ I use my monthly to write how I feel when I wake up. Sometimes, it's just the word blah, but it helps. I also have another planner babe I exercise with daily via FaceTime to help keep us accountable for each other. You got this!
Becky, you are too hard on yourself. Love your videos and look forward to your posts and uploads. I wish I was as creative as you with your planner layouts❤
My job adopts a family every year. It feels really good knowing we are paying for bills and needs. Plus giving the children a good Christmas. we are a small company, and we have $1000 USD raised and a ton of clothes, toys and household goods donated!!
When I was young one of my favourite things we did as a family was drive around to look at all the houses that were decorated. It was always so magical seeing all the lights and decorations. There was also a thing that one of the department stores does is put a display in all their front windows, usually scenes from a story or movie, and people will line up to look at them. Both free things (excluding petrol) and these are the things I remember. The setup is so bright and fun ❤
Hi from Australia. We take the kids around to see the lights & Xmas carols concert -research all free -pay a few dollars for glow sticks for concert. They have the feelings longer than toys. Make cookies and get them to help you decorate them. Family experiences are far more important. We have turned these simple experiences into “our” traditions. If it’s cold set up inside carols, pjs, popcorn or crackers n dip for example. As for meals, ask them for suggestions out of specials brochure from supermarkets.
So lovely 💕 The LV inspired acetates are from fox and pip, I have the same ones. ☺️ I think they may have been a collab with Sparkly Paper Co but dont remember.
I am convinced now that all daughters named Willow are cut from the same cloth! My six year old is named Willow and she is 95% responsible for all of my gray hair 😂 She keeps life interesting, that’s for sure!
Damn so will miss your setups ! 😂🙈 The lv style vellum I think is from Sparkly Paper co they done something like this I bought some too :) Hope that helps others xx
Always a pleasure watching your set-up videos 🥰 May I ask what brand or where you got those darker pink/magenta metallic paper clips from? The tiny smiley-face ones that held together the today dashboard and the pink backing. There look so cute AND handy 🤩
Again, love your setup! I will be focusing on health and wellness to in 2023! May have to use my weeks for it! The vellum in the beginning of the video can currently be found at Sparkly Paper co!
I did a health weeks last year, and I lost over 30 lbs, until I stopped tracking, so I'm setting mine up with you. I have an only child (who is grown and married now), and I still want her to have her hearts desires, except she doesn't want me to, because the financial pinch is real.
You have the same Weeks as me! I ended up having to take off the clear plastic cover because it kept sticking on the soft Weeks cover and getting bunched up and creasy. I have her in a Paper Bound Creations cover now. I still love her though!
The US military bases has everything we needed so we if you didn’t want to leave base you don’t have too. I wish you had it the same way in the UK. It would be so much easier on you and your family. But remember Beck you said it yourself, Christmas is about the birth of Christ and being together with family. I know just from knowing you on here that your family will be thankful and happy for anything you and Chris are able to give them. But I’m with you prices are soaring and it’s hurting everyone. Wish those that are causing these issues would take responsibility but they will not. Sending my love and prayers! ❤
Love all these beautiful colors!! Great job!! When you buy a sub box from Rebel n ink , do you buy more than 1 sub box to get all the supplies you get? Thanks again Becky for a great layout!!
Question & this is not meant to sound rude at all. Do you save the things you use to decorate, purchase new stuff or both? I always wonder how others are able to afford all of the kits and deco. I try to buy all the things and then I am broke. Is there some sort of secret that I am not aware of to make it more affordable??! Loll.
This isn’t rude at all. It’s a good question. I use everything I have I try to buy things like Christmas kits in the new year when they are cheaper. I hit sales hard. I do get sent things for free now my channel has grown abit. And I do PR (advertising) work for some shops and then they give me credit for their shops. I tend to save for a couple of months and then spend what I have saved. I also habe 3 subscriptions which makes me feel like I’m getting a lot of planner stuff for the month so I can save longer.

2022 was just rough - 3 appliances going out, house fire & car accident…just not feeling the Christmas spirit.
