Isn't the amount of food suppose to be 2.5%-3% if total adult body weight?
I'm not questioning your methods at all.. Its for my knowledge as well..
As I mentioned before I started my boys raw food diet and with your help and a lot of research its going well so far.. Yayyyy... So do you feed fluffy a bit more as he's the biggest or all equal.. They all are in great shape.. So does the 2-3% make a difference or not?
We had a neighbor in TX who had two rottys. Every time I came home, he was out in the yard along with his two rottys. They never left his yard! You could walk by, ride by on a bike, skateboard. And those dogs never moved! So well trained!

Definitely do a meal prep. That be a good video to watch. Btw I ordered the salmon oil and my dog loves it. He doesn’t really like Kibble or a lot of things so I usually give him chicken or ground turkey. He is a picky one lol but ever since I started adding a little bit of the salmon oil he has been all over his kibble. Even my neighbors cat who goes in my house is all over the kibble. Thanks for the suggestion.

I’ve never had a big dog like you have, I know I would be scared to death of them But I have a Yorkie/Pomer who is 10 years old and she is my who world.
I just love her so and I admire your ability to train those big dogs and have no fear.
I was bite as a young girl trying to help a dog that was hit by a car (not realizing he would turn on me) I know now, I learned the wrong way. Having said this it left me scared to death of any big dog’s, they can smell my fear before I even go through the door. I can see and feel the love you have in your dogs.

I'm getting my ever first Dog every soon and it's a Rotty and this channel is helping alot to what I need to do to take care of my pup I'm learning so much all of this information is going to be very helpful I just hope that I'm a good dog mom and that my puppy love me. Sounds about right, i recently rescued a pregnant rottie from a bad situation.. I wake up at 6am get her outside before dropping my kiddo to school.. then I come home and get breakfast done for my other kids and then I do work from home while kiddos eat and my rottie back to sleep.. busssyyyyy dayyyy & definitely coffeee neededddd

I have recently .lost my husband of 37yrs and I do wish I had a dog just to make me feel safe at night but not whilst I have the cats.

You can really tell how much they love you. I know I keep saying it that I'm hoping to train one as a service dog for my epilepsy, therefore he or she will not suffer from separation anxiety cause they will be with me at all times in case of a seizure.

Hi there!
I'm new at watching your channel and began watching when you were on your way to rescue Lexi. I was so touched by your love and concern for her. I felt it important to pass this info on to you, in case you ever run across this issue again. Letting her drink as much water as you did on the day you brought her home can cause a big dogs stomach to flip causing extreme pain and even death if not addressed by a vet. It was heartbreaking to see she obviously hadn't had any water in some time. Also the same thing can happen with a starving dog and given a lot of food at one sitting. My daughter is a vet tech and I've learned a lot from her.
I'm an animal lover too although I have "little" dogs. Both of mine are rescue chihuahua mixes with rough histories.
Anyway, you and your guys have an awesome day and I hope you take this the right way. I love what you do!

:) we are aware of the stomach flipping, thats why I pulled her away :) She wasn't actually drinking AS much as it looks like, she was trying to more inhale it, and was dropping a lot back in the bowl.

We’ve been lucky to catch a lot of Alaskan silver salmon at our cabin. I can small jars with skin and bones to put on their food. They love it. Nice shiny coats like your good looking pups.

I have those same bowls for my Golden! Only yours are the nicer "quiet on the floor" type version. Metal are the best though. My dog won't eat out of my bowls/cups now, he's like gimme the right bowl Mom lol.

I am just doing my research on getting my first dog ever. I really want a Rottweiler but have heard mixed opinions about getting it for a first dog. I would be gone for 9 hours everyday but after work I’d give them all the time they want. I would take them to parks, play with them, train them, run with them. It would be my best friend!

Awesome to see a day in the life of these guys! Also the fireplace mantle really came out nice! I got a quick question, how much outdoor play time is necessary for a 2 year old Rottweiler in your opinion? I know they’re working dogs and need lots of time to get their energy out. We give ours about 2 hours of walking and playing fetch with him and sometimes it seems like it’s not enough for him. Thanks for all all the information you’ve given us so far, it has honestly been a blessing that I found your channel!!

Everyday is gonna be a little different, sometimes They need more time than others, really just be pushing them, so I will play fetch with them until I can see they are warn out and if you can break it up a little.
2 times a day for 45 minutes will do more than 2 hours in a single day.
