Hi sir, finally I'm writing my thoughts down here. Your channel has really inspired me. I spent a whole day going through your videos when I was preparing interviews for a site engineer role abroad, I'm soooo excited about this role. Even though it is true, I didn't realise how much this industry is worldwide saturated more importantly, how this has an effect on the everyday life of Indian engineers I grew up in India and 7 years before completed my B.TECH(CIVIL- ENGINEERING) and now I am doing normal civil engineer job in india !! This is so embraced and I feel this is a headache I still can't move abroad I am trying it. I want to encourage Indian engineering students, especially those from the Indian community and with lack of English barrier and also it being their second language, to follow their dreams to become an engineer in Abroad. Only one chance to give me I will perform definitely

What if it's two storey bldg and not have the same building line? should the first floor bldg line be projected in the site devt plan? or the 2nd flr line?
Bedroom & Living Area sa West Facing Side? Not good Poor ventilation/wind circulation & Hot Temperature during the afternoon. maliban na lang kung Night Shift ang mga matutulog Dyan. Ideal dapat pong nasa West facing are Places na di tinitigilan ng Occupant like Garage, CR, Kitchen etc. 2nd yung Wind path po ay na boblock ng nilayat nyo vegetation sa north east corner, Pati yung South west na View & wind na boblock nung vegeration na nilagay nyo.
This lesson is only about basic drafting remember they are only high schooler. Those criteria in designing will be tackled once they decided to pursue ARCHITECTURE in college. For example you are not limited to put bedroom facing west in Architecture you will find ways and corrective measures to achieve your design.

Teach your students how to use basic drafting tool like T-square.
Anong meaning nung N sa measurement sir?
N = North , E= east , S= South , W= west ( eto yung mga nakalagay madalas sa technical lot description )
