Also Brian just a tip, often times I saw you pull your blade in while trading for the empowered q autos, you will get a passive shield if it is ready when your blade affects an enemy. Try not to stack your use of W with your passive shield. Fun video :'D

with shen, you must play around cooldowns, trying to not use spells at the same time, the shield to block dmg, grasp if you took it, for sustain, q for dmg, w to block dmg and e for mobility
