Turn key project saves just 10%???? They charge double the price .i have first hand experience and they use low quality materials too...grey structure costs very less than what the people imagine
10% is very much reasonable and justified margin for a builder provided he has quoted after detailed calculations and he is aware of the project cost itself and he delivers what he has committed in a detailed written contract for a PREMIUM PLUS grade grey structure. You are correct too since you have had the first hand experience and this is what we have already told in another video that HOW TO SELECT & DO AGREEMENT for a turnkey contract with a builder to avoid such experience that you had.

Construction companies/contractors are only honest with those who can kill them and hide their bodies. In all other cases, they are only after your money. There is no law in Pakistan so even the best agreement will not protect your money. Talk to people who have been fooled by these so-called professionals.

Yes we are already working in Lahore DHA phase 7. The project size is 1 kanal and at the moment its frame structure has been completed and AAC block work will start soon.

Do your proper RESEARCH before getting into the agreement. Chances of fraud will be minimum . End of the day you have to trust someone.

I have 10 Marla's plot (34*80) in Murree and want to build a house of double or triple story i.e. 1 guestroom, 7 bedrooms with attachment, 2 kitchen, 2 cars parking. Is PR kitna total cost aiyga grey structure ka?
Construction cost is relatively high in such areas however we can not guide about the cost since we have never worked in this area.
How a layman who has no prior knowledge of house construction, can make sure the construction company following the quality standards related to construction or material ?
Best method is to hire a third party consultant.

Cost of open/uncovered area depends upon size and depth of plot. Usually for 10 marla if your covered area is around 2700-2800 sqft (in DHA area) then open area cost will be around 170-175 Rs/sqft, however if covered area is around 3400 sqfts (in Bahria town and other societies) per sqft cost will come down to 120-125 Rs/sqft. Same per sqft figures can be applied for 1 kanal house where covered areas will be in range of 4500-5300 sqfts

جناب میر ے 2 مکان ہیں ایک سنگل اور دوسرا ڈبل سٹوری دونوں 4/4 مرلہ کے ہیں اور ان کی کل مالیت 80 لاکھ کا قریب ہے۔ ان سے 30000 ماہانہ رینٹ کماتا ہوں۔
