Great tactic. I personally would reverse the order. Go 1 on 1 with him for the first half of his health. His moves are much easier to dodge during his first phase, and you can build focus for 3 and 4 point attacks with plenty of time to execute while he has lots of moments where he stands around waiting. Save your mana and spells until you get him to half, then unload the clones, spells and meds.
I lost to him more than 20 times but from watching the videos on UA-cam you guys help me pretty good I learned a strategy of my own and once I got the hang of it I took him out
Beat him yesterday using a strategy - kept my distance and used heavy thrust attacks when openings were there - Did that till his health dropped to half - dodged him when he went into flying lightning mode. - used Pluck of many, immobilise and red tides - then repeated the above step - took him out.
Thrust stance yes. I started with a maxed out thrust attack. But then cloud stepped behind him and did it again. Try to pin him against the area where you walk into to start the fight with charged thrust attacks. Before I was just doing maxed attacks and he started dodging them all halfway through the fight. Pinning him to the entrance somehow delayed all of phase 2. I was able to immobilize him, do a pluck of many, let the minions eat away at his health, when they phased out, transform. When that wears out, one more immobilize and he's done for. 4 hours spent on that fight and that one freak chance and got the bastard.
Problem with this game is using health takes an age and medicines even longer he attack constantly there is no way of doing this boss. Also when u use a medicine before activating the fight one screw up or bad rng your medicine is gone for good and have to spend an eternity farming ingredients or waiting a long time for them to grow
Regarding the Golden Loong Staff (Moderately increases the Damage of all Pillar Stance moves). What about if you don't use Pillar Stance? Does it make sense for me spending precious resources for it or should I wait to acquire something else? I mainly use Smash Stance.
I'm on my third... had to take breaks before I tossed my legion go 😂 I can say it teaching me to perfect dodge better so much soo it not about cheeseing him now I have to beat him on the slow grind.
Many people do that and it baffles me. Are people really not aware of such simple mechanic? Even game tells you what to press on the left side of your screen.

I beat probably 40 bosses at 118 sparks and I'm done farming and playing. Good for y'all though if you enjoy this cheating garbage.
