Amazing video! Nanoleaf's Essentials Bulbs are really great for smart lighting. They're energy-efficient, offer vibrant colors, and easily fit into your smart home setup. Plus, they help create a cozy atmosphere while being eco-friendly.
I have the non matter version of this bulb and it’s the 3rd one I have. The first 2 needed to be replaced under warranty. Just before the warranty expired they started to change brightness on their own and dim for no good reason. bulb gives almost no light but the app shows 100% brightness. I hope they fixed this with the matter version.
Hi there I have 3 on my living room and no issues what so ever always working I am say that if you set up your smart home in the wrong way you can get issues Inwas having but after I create a new house no more issues
@@MADpack I believe the bulbs were faulty. Wrong set up have nothing to do with the bulb not being able to go full brightness and dimming and flickering rapidly. And all 3 were replaced under warranty when sent to nanoleaf. That tells me there was an issue. Thanks got there is 2 years warranty in Eu cause all of them developed issues after more then a year of every day use. Mind you they were set to the same color temperature and brightness all the time. No colors just warm white.
These work great in the app over Bluetooth but could not get them onboarded to either Google or Alexa’s Thread networks. Very frustrating for the price.
I want to buy some bulbs for a friend who means a lot to me. Price isn't a major concern, but I'm hesitant because some people say she doesn't need a hub to control them, while others say she does. I'm so confused about this product. Personally I have Philips Hue that requires a hub.
When you have a hub imagine you have 3 bulbs in that room they will communicate with the hub and the hub will connect to your WiFi and the WiFi will connect to your HomeKit. If you use the bulb you connect by Bluetooth so is slower.
@YenZenAI I recommend you to check the video I made about basics of HomeKit: Basics of Apple HomeKit? Smart Home explained ua-cam.com/video/b0irPgm7tgk/v-deo.html
@subsideath lol ok I get it now since normally Siri will not work if it’s not your voice only if you are using other than your phone at home I have only Mac and home pod on the room so I’m far always from them :) I will have that in consideration in the future
I almost only have Apple products in the house, including plugs, Eve cameras, and Philips Hue lights, which I control using Siri, Google, and the Hue app. I have never had any issues. What problems are you referring to?
I use the Nanoleaf Bulb Essentials in my living room, and they add such amazing colors to the space!
Yeah right?! The Nanoleaf bulb looks amazing so so if you are not wearing them they look even better

You don’t need but if you have a hub is faster makes sense?

Can the bulbs connected with nanoleaf 4D led to mirror the TV colours? Thanks
Not yet since is something that Nanoleaf is working on it to work with sync+ but for now is not possible
Is it just me or what, I cannot connect this bulb to more than one thread hub at a time.... I have three hubs... Google max, homey, and zemimart m1...
From nanoleaf you only have there bulbs?
Is there app for Android?
It have matter so it can be used with android yes :)
Ahhhh using a smart home wake word repeatedly in your video without censoring is evil
? Sorry didn’t get it
@@MADpack he meant that you kept repeating "hey siri" without censoring, which activated his siri as well

@subsideath I love to say to my wife to try it and it doesn’t work is great lolol
Apple is the worst. All the problems everyone ever has with any smart tech is apple related. At least listening to these videos
Sorry can you explain better?
