I love how everyone thinks of "steamed hams" with the kitchen scene. 💀
I got so invested. Now I'm sad. I kept forgetting then rembering then forgot then remembered there was a Rayman cartoon. It was advertised on my Rayman 2 case. I'm glad I can still see the past.
Last time I watched this series was back in 2007 or 2008... I actually really enjoyed them after all this time - without the nostalgia goggles! I think these aged quite well, 'High Anxiety' has to be my favourite since it genuinely made me laugh multiple times (a rarity for me with anything, really). Finishing this one made me sad too, childhood dreams of Rayman 4 being a reality and this show continuing still linger :')

they did start work on the 5th episode My Fair LacMac shortly after this one but got cancelled in the middle so all we have is 2 early build screenshots but sadly we have no info on the episode, the full plan was around 20 episodes or so, honestly it's a shame they didn't give this one a chance, and yet Donkey Kong got a worse looking TV show graphics-wise, Rayman had a rather high quality looking show and had a unique visual style so it's a shame we won't see this return
Man it is such a shame this show got cancelled after just 4 episodes. I enjoyed them so much!

It's cute that Cookie was so against helping Grub and yet went to all that effort to cook so much good food for them and then being anxious if they like it afterwards

I wish. Although I heard Ubisoft might be working on a new Rayman cartoon with Rayman and Globox. Not sure what it's about though.

Man, this show had potential. It's such a major bummer that it failed. Well, at least we're left with these 4 episodes to treasure what could have been a great series. Awesome job with the HD remaster! Not sure how you did it, but it looks great!

common misconception it's actually because rayman didn't achieve a globox moment and was forced to quit by episode 4
Damn, the fact that this show was clearly building up to something greater after this one. Maybe the cop would have gotten an arc of realizing these characters aren't evil and stopping chasing them and actually joining them against Rigatoni or something like that.
So sad this project got dropped that soon

Y'know, in hindsight, I think that this series was gonna work as a prequel to Rayman 2, setting up how everyone met each other, and how Razorbeard became the leader ofbthe pirates to then conquer the world.
Don't ask me how we'd get to that part, that's not my job to worry about lol.

This show has allot of potential. But the animation kinds ruins it. But if you like Rayman like i do then you'd get a few laughs off of this show.
Ngl the animation is good for the year it came out at. But it definitely should come back but with modern animation
