I had the All-On-X surgery recently for the top arch and I have never been happier with my smile and the outcome, I was so scared for so long to have this done, but it was worth it, no pain for me and just a bit of swelling and it’s been great. Super thankful I had this done.

I’m so happy for you. You look great. I have just got my upper immediate denture. My lovely brother paid for it. I couldn’t afford it because I’m on disability. I was going to put a high risk loan on my home so I could get denture implants but I was afraid to take the risk. So instead I gifted my house to my son. That’s all I have in life to give my son, except of course never ending love that I have for him. My son is my life. So I couldn’t jeopardize losing my house in order to get implant supported dentures. My son is my blessing so I wanted to give him my house. Unless I win the lottery I will never be able to afford implant supported dentures. They are too expensive for me. Oh well.

I’m not in a position to have any work done with mine :(. It really takes its told on your daily life and just overall confidence. It’s really sad how costly any dental work is now days. Now I'm 34 this year I've noticed that my teeth have started to shift and I went back to get braces and they said there wouldn't be any point as my teeth are straight not perfectly straight so I got refused. Now as months have went in teeth have got worse. I look in the mirror everyday and get so upset because I know one day I'm going to lose them. I think the dentist shouldn't be as pricey as it is. Teeth is something we all need to eat and sometimes help us talk. I'm crying for this man because it's nice to see others happy although if you can't be happy yourself. Good on you Michael! I wish my dentist had a payment plan or some sort so I could get a few implants or even gum grafting done to restore the gum loss.

But it's always tough to try to give an estimate without seeing your specific case - everyone is different and there's no "one size fits all" approach.

It's terrible. I'm 47 (this is my dad's account after his passing thus the picture) and I haven't smiled in years. Women generally find me attractive... then I smile. That's when it hits me that I probably won't have a relationship anytime soon, especially after I lost my 2 lower teeth in the front. Chronic bad breath is the icing on the cake. I feel alone and it's a terrible feeling because I think I'm a good person, I just don't look good. The worst part is holding back every time something is really funny, or I'm overjoyed. I catch myself and stop the smile. My only hope is maybe put $200 a month then in 10 years I can do this. lol

Prices can go up from there depending on each person's individual needs though, and can definitely get closer to the $40,000 price range if someone needed both upper and lower jaws done, and opted for high quality Zirconia final teeth. What i would give for a new smile i have cavities in all my teeth and need a couple root canal done iv dont had to have almost all my back teeth removed and the cavities in my teeth are on the gum line. But of course i have no dental insurance and the work is so expensive iv only been able to fix 5 teeth in a year and i just got done paying them off. With the prices of the work i have about 10 thousand dollar's more worth of work that needs to be done. I dont think ill ever have a good smile again. God i wish i could 💔😩😞
If I were you I would stop sinking money into your existing teeth. You will continuously have issues for the rest of your life and it will cause you thousands upon thousands of dollars. Nevermind the time and pain. You should get implants surgery overseas for between $7-20 thousand and be done with it. You will end up spending at least 3 times the amount if you keep you original teeth. Dental practices in the USA are a scam.
