How to fix and re seal a foam kayak bulkhead

Tools and materials needed:
Putty knife
Sharp utility knife
Latex gloves
Flashlight or headlamp
Waterproof sealan like Sikaflex caulking (plus caulking gun)
Acentone
Cloths or paper towel for clean up
Vacuum
