- Sharp criticism aimed at Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost in response to a letter he sent to the state's public universities this week. The letter warns that student protestors wearing face coverings could face felony charges under a little-known law to deter Ku Klux Klan demonstrations. The local president of the NAACP told ABC 6 that to connect current protests to a law meant to fight the Klan is disrespectful to African Americans. We’re breaking down the law and its implications.

I thought OSU handled this much better than other Colleges in other states. No overnight camping was the key to success :) As far as pulling some law out of no where to drop on these hamas protestors, I'm all for it, they did the same thing to Trump with laws from the civil war.

It can. However, in this case a warning is best to be given for 3 reasons, I. It is a courtesy. II, The power to act here is something that the state has and as the states in America are powerful, and the students and other agitators are not, a little forebearance is in order for the sake of fairness. III. It is best to inform people of the risks they face so that they can make better decisions. For the most part, these people are not enemy combatants but misguided, obnoxious, deluded fools who should be set straight.

I’m sure you thought that was profound. If I protest by myself is it a conspiracy? No. If I conspire to promote something does that make it a protest? No.
not exactly A protest is a public statement of displeasure with an action or policy, often a state directive or practice. Conspiracy is more of a plot generally put together through collussion to engage in some sort of set of actions that are generally both illegal and political in nature.
