The front door has been installed backwards
Anyone can get into the front door by removing the hinge pins
It has to be something they do here because I’ve seen the majority of the home like that

Since Hurricane Andrew in 1992, the Florida building code requires exterior doors for homes and public buildings to open outward for safety reasons. Not only for easier escape out of the home in an emergency, like a fire, but also after finding many homes during Hurricane Andrew in 1992 were destroyed by blown-in exterior doors, especially garage doors, that lifted roofs. All new construction afterwards must stay in compliance with these rules, including non-removable pins in hinges of exterior doors. Non-removable hinges have a screw that holds the pin in place. When the door is completely shut, you won’t be able to remove the pin.

How high is the Ceiling of the Master Bedroom ?
I own an empty lot in east Lehigh Acres where comps seem to be about 20 k. What should I root for to see the value go up? If land becomes rarer because so many other lots are snatched up, does that drive up value?
What zip code? There’s still 83k lots in Lehigh to be build it might take 27 year years to become rare at a rate of 3000 build per year, it’s really weird how prices haven’t go up more in the past year it, I’ll do an analysis on the land this week and do a video.

The closest beach is 30 mile or an hour's drive depending on the traffic
