I like the way you explain how you feel about them/him in general, and in specific lines like “in the contemplative state” and “super compelling.” I was around back when techno club music hit, and am happy to see this vibe added to the BTS/Jimin universe. @@crystalsnow1138 Hard to say. I remember the Rolling Stone piece about the 100 best BTS songs and couldn’t imagine, but totally get it now. The lyrics are a big draw, and rap is great for that so boom, I’m into that now too.
There is also an English version of this song, which is what he performed on Jimmy Fallon! Both versions are available on streaming platforms, as are a couple cool remixes. I love the English and original versions equally! And the choreo is GORGEOUS! 💜

Jimin shared recently that around 2021, he talked to some members about being confused and unsure about what he's doing. The whole FACE album was about those emotions. That's one of the engaging parts about the group is we know everything that happens to them at this moment is the material for their next song. I'm watching reactions to hear what others have analyzed about the songs because I have neither the time nor the talent lmao. BTS though has been dealing with some heavy things after 2021 with some members of the Korean government, the Kpop industry and other organizations and individuals attempting to use the BTS brand and gain control. So I hope we hear music just to hear what they felt about that and because they make it hella relatable too. Beating social structures has been a common theme in their music. Right now, all we've heard is the members speaking to fans, saying "Trust us" cause there have been many lies about them in the media this past year. One lie was them going on "hiatus" which was not in any of the speeches they gave at the usual online party with just Armys, supposedly, where they told fans they decided to enlist (the military deal was a whole mess). Anyway, as they said in the song "UGH", true anger is necessary. Maybe give that song a listen?
Please react also to one of the best but underrated song by BTS “Home”, no music video for it ☹️ but they performed it for Jimmy Fallon during pandemic. Has a great vibe, takes me back like 90s R&B. Like this one has that 80s synth pop vibes, perfect for Jimin’s unique voice and style.

One of the other BTS members Suga has a show called Suchwita that Jimin appeared on today. He went into some detail about the album there that might provide more context for you and others. All of the members are releasing solo projects before they enlist, and a few of them released projects in 2022. Not sure if you’ve seen them but I’d def check them out: RM/Namjoon released Indigo in December. Features include Erykah Badu and Anderson Paak along with some major Korean artists. He performed all the songs live at a small venue in Korea and did some performances at an art gallery in Ny I think. He co-wrote the song with the band Coldplay and performed it with them at their concert in Argentina. The song was a goodbye for now to Armys.
