Almost every state in the US has a law against texting and driving but it goes down to about half when it comes to hands free only. Nothing gets down on the federal level so you have to go by state by state when you come here because laws in each state can be drastically different

@6:58 thats not the car swerving in and out of traffic fault. It's the car that has come to a complete stop on the highway. That car should have pulled over to the shoulder, or at minimum put on his emergency lights. Plus you can see the stopped car in the distance before the speeding car cuts him off

Context for that first clip. During the initial collision the driver gets knocked unconscious, so the passenger tried to take control (stop the car), and if you listen to the clip closely I believe the passenger had some type of mental disorder. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
