This video had me completely switch my character and I love it. But if my noob arse my suggest something to you. Switch the Tondo bleed for the Flurry one. You are 20x the player as me and with better gear, you might like the result.👍
ive tried it many times and its probably the more consistent option especially with furry perk its very good, but alot more predictable without animation cancel and not as satisfying as this for me 😄
I've been loving this build! Im thinking about switching over to featherweight for the extra armor though. Thoughts? Survivability is sometimes pretty brutal. I also sometimes take riposte for rend before bleed + Flourish. Its just a nice thing to have for utility as well. I wonder if the evade dmg gives you more total though compared to the rend. I need to test that. I am curious of what armor gems you are using though if you dont mind sharing.
featherweight is a good option if u prefer slightly more defense but abit less damage. As long as u have the core for the build 350 int 150 dex + blood letting + finisher the other damage is minimal If u dont want to take evade i would reccomend playing flurry with the weapon perk on gear, it will give you invulnerubility, damage + another bleed stack. I am making a video soon with the full build
I use this bleed build and it’s amazing but out of curiosity. would it be better to use a moonstone in the rapier because you technically go on full cooldown before your last attack hits? But then again that gem would only be useful for the last strike
moonstone doesnt give much value as its only the last hit as you say and its minimal damage, you want to boost the bleed itself because it will be consumed for 150% from bloody end passive and only onyx/opal/emerald will boost the bleed

@@wsm25 yes but its bugged currently and not meant to work like this, also by not having opal u lose 12% damage anyway and the ring will give u 8% with that setup, 12% if u run attunement also

hey quick question, so i tried to do some testing on a dummy and i couldnt get the rapier bleed to extend past 18 seconds. could you possibly elaborate on how we know distained infliction allows you to go past cap? i tested by using tondo > flurry (increases by 1 second per hit, 5 total) > Heavy Puncture heavy attack (2 second duration added) > second tondo which should reset all bleeds to max duration. I also had the 150 dex perk and 250 int and a blood letting ring
I believe I tried this a few months back. While setting up your bleeds you would not get big bleeds bcs that gem would do nothing. And once you pop flourish it would result to lower burst. But I might be wrong! And who knows it might have changed
it doesnt work very well since our damage comes from the bleed strength which is then consumed for 150%, moonstone will only proc on the flourish for maybe 400 dmg extra
@@Nuno97 hold right click with Ice gauntlet its very strong, and when they change to secondary weapon to heavy attack then you go for the combo and they wont have defy death if they dont swap back to hatchet fast enough
@@SaeedSparta dont really want to be fighting heavy players as light but that goes for any build not just because its bleed rapier If the bleed is above 170, even a medium can die with x2 stacks
i am left handed so i play on the right side of the keyboard but it would be the same in reverse, My O is the same as your E, my LBracket is the same as your Q, and my 3rd ability is on my mouse button (evade)
@@resilient_ghost9896 Slash resist does reduce the bleed damage but people are not building against this (everything apart from tondo on the rapier is thrust damage), they are building against hatchet which is quite OP right now. It’s still very possible in this meta to play like this but it will get much better once the hatchet is nerfed and people stop using so much slash resist
The problem of ice rapier is that on good players the can easy dodge your flourish and finish and punish you instantly for this it's not the best weapon combination but still a viable build
Yea i do that all the time and no oneshots even against light enemys Do i have to build up 3 stacks tondo first? I play fs (with bleeding perk) and finisher both 725 Mostly i play on range with fs but when they are close i switch to rapier. But yea like i said i never do a oneshot i dont get it😅
350, 150 dex, has to be finisher artifact. I play fs rapier with the one shot combo works so well. 200 con med build. 3 stacks is one shot and if not fireball after or pillar they dead

@@caniix that's not possible because extension is via mult and that doesn't go beyond durmax (and implementation is the same as in other instances). Only potency could do that (in theory) as it is new effect that was not previousely used and we only start to understand it. We already know it boosts power of rends categorized as DoT (disintegrate) for example. I guess same test has to be done but this time focusing durmax.
Have you ever tried this with a spear? Maybe in medium to brawl then burst? Spear has a ton of bleed as well. Is it possible to get more than 3 bleed stacks on a target?
3 is the maximum and it only works off tondo or flurry bleeds from the rapier, also to have sufficient damage you beed atleast 250 int which wouldnt give value to the spear at all so its not the best pairing Ive tried pretty much every pairing in existance 😄
@@caniix yeah I added an ice gem for a bit and now a fire gem, but no runeglass in my pieces yet since they’re not where I want them to be. Maybe that’s why.
@@AlwaysSaucedd better to go for any element other than fire since its a more common source of damage and people sometimes run rubies in their gear Take a gem on the musket and run x5 harnessing perk on gear of that gem type and x5 runeglass on gear also for 20% damage boost total
How I want to go back and play this game rn, but I find it so tedious to play in my server. Too less people make It kinda bad, arenas take like 20 minutes do start and sometimes even no OPR. I hope one day I find desire to It again. Apart from me venting, congratulations. If the person doesn't learn to play with this... You know what I mean kkkkkk
I was doing this back on original release. I don't find it nearly as effective now that everyone's the GOAT at PVP and will dodge some part of the combo ruining it entirely. Hatchet LMB better.
Hello I transferred from Kronos to Nysa. After the server change, my Rapier Finisher disappeared. I check all the storage and inventory but there is no but other items still i have. Do you have any information about this? How do I solve this? Omg its so weird right xD
I'm a noob but I think there was something about animation canceling in latest or upcoming patch? First couple of weeks of pvp was fun for me.. now that ppl have settled in and have their tricks meh not so much. Still more fun than most mmo pvp but that's not saying much.

there is a cap on how much you can increase the bleed times it is %50, so you could make this build better btw.

I tested this on a tank and the amount of burst you can do to a TANK should be illegal. that being said mediums still get one shot too

One thing to point out as well is that most stack slash conditioning which should not be stacked very high bcs you space your attacks

Why are you claiming that Distained Infliction can exceed max duration of Tondo's bleed? Do you have video proof of bleed lasting 19,20s?

The arenas/OPR are already cross-server and do not depend on the server, that is, they are literally searched for in a minute

They probably think this is the same as the Light/Heavy attack exploits that hatchet, sns, void blade use to attack at an insane speed. It isn't.
