i think I have a problem on where the hopper but the back coupling and gear that turns the developer's feeder gear is not grabbing or turning the gears. What do you call that back motor? with that large round grabber to the developer's gear? I cant find any video on it (its like behind the mother board at the back...
Sir. Hope you are fine and well. My mp c2003 wasting magenta toner alot. Almost 200 grams every 1500 impressions. My prints are usely text and cad drawing with black and a little color logo. I first change the developer then Toner then complete developer unit and still nothing good happened. I reset the machine but still no luck. Have you experienced this ? Any solution. Regard. Pakistan
Change the development unit if the life is achieved or else check the toner supply unit Update the firmware there will be multiple causes please clarify the issue
This is why you should never buy a Ricoh the whole range of machines suffer with toner loading and toner ID chip faults & just look into your machine and see the amount of toner dropped!!!!
If you want to remove black or cyan hopper you have to remove the ITB unit first !
Other vice you can not get it out
