    Love this dad and the relationship he has with his son. The dad is speaking because he has more experience and this court case is a learning experience for the son. Dad is showing his son how to proceed in court (good dad) and if or when the son has to go back to court, he will then be able to represent himself with confidence.

The female ego is all about embarrassing the other woman publicly and emotionally destroying the other woman. In a challenge of male egos, someone will be bloody and bruised. In a challenge of the female ego, one woman will be traumatized and need therapy for her entire life or even worse will end her life.

Originally they were exactly the same and evolved from the same german word but in 2 different countries, one dropping the g at the beginning of the word, and the other dropping the w as the second letter. But warranty has evolved to mean specifics such as warranteeing specific parts, but guarantee is more general.

    21--why is Daddy doing all the talking? I'm absolutely serious. The son doesn't seem as if he needs assistance
    mentally or socially. And if he did, wouldn't the judge need to ask if the father has permission to "speak for him"? The father's testimony was full of hearsay. "He called, he was told, he did", "the Defendant said to him"...
    I saw an episode where the Plaintiff was slightly autistic and had her mother speaking(mostly), on her behalf. The Judge quickly asked if she had her permission to speak on her behalf. Wait, WAIT, WAIT...

  • @MrPerfusionist
    @MrPerfusionist 17 днів тому

    Motorcycles are quite different from cars. When purchasing a used motorcycle, it’s common for the seller to be reluctant to let anyone test ride it. This is because if the bike gets dropped or damaged, the owner bears the cost. Additionally, the owner can’t be sure of the potential buyer’s riding skill level. Personally, if I were selling a motorcycle and a buyer wanted to test ride it (btw you ride a motorcycle, not drive it), I’d ask for the full payment upfront. If they return the motorcycle without any issues, I’d refund the amount. I am surprised how people that have no idea about motorcycles are swearing they wouldn’t buy one without test riding lol.

    These guy's are so very rude to the Judge, saying "now look" and "hold up" I really hope they have more respect for the women in their lives!

    Like the judge, I was also surprised that defendant was able to get such a pretty girl as his girlfriend because let's face it, he is not attractive, doesn't seem to have a good personality, and has to have his daddy rescue him from his problems instead of fighting his own battles as an adult man. Smart girl for breaking up with him!

    This 21-year-old "man" is off somehow. Why is his dad speaking for him? As for the defendant, he thinks he's the next Godfather. I hope the plaintiffs don't wake up with horse heads in the bed with them 😁

    That is one busy kid. Came to court directly from his job at the Chinese restaurant. He also has the good graces to date a blind girl. Seriously, all four have a screw loose.

    Unless you have cash in hand and a MC endorsement most people are not going to let you test ride a bike before buying. At least that's how it works here in Ohio

    These kids today, he is 21 yeas old and when something happens that he screwed up he runs to Daddy. How embarrassed he should be to go on TV to sue someone and brings his daddy. Good grief people let your children grow up and learn that life isn't a bowl of cherries, filled with unicorns and rainbows. Parents let your children grow up.!

    Most people outside of a factory direct dealer will not allow a prospective buyer to test drive a motorcycle. They don't want an inexperienced rider to end up laying down the bike and leaving them with nothing to sell.
