I'm 17, autistic, and deal with depressive feelings. Today, I just didn't have a good day and I just broke down, knowing really scary thoughts were going through my head. I fell on my knees and prayed earnestly, and I felt better. I then heard this song run through my head and then I listened to it here. If that's not God healing the broken heart I have, then I don't know what is. Thank you.

What you said was moderately offensive, coming from another person with disabilities of my own, including some mental health problems. Of course, autistic people are smart - most in fact are brilliantly minded and above average intelligence if you've read about the disorder. However, the way you word this, it sounds offensive because they never mentioned their intelligence being an issue. They never said anything like that but you've mentioned it and it sound very, very backhanded. I get you're being kind because of you probably not having disabilities; but talking to those of us with them in this way, is backhanded, and not taken too lightly for the most part. Try to at least choose better wording next time, maybe educate yourself a little more, because yes - those with autism are brilliantly minded people. But the wording makes it sound like those without disabilities are still above those with them - so please - use better wording next time at least.

Zombies and ASMR I'm very sorry that you took it that way, but I do have a disability, depression. I broke my arm playing football, something I love to do. My coach told me that I couldn't play high school football anymore for the jackets. And had to wait for college football. I know that doesn't sound like a "disability" but it is to me, and it has very much affected my life, in a way you couldn't understand

Danny gokey's own story is moving enough in itself, and his attitude and faith after the tragedy he's faced in his life should be a lesson to all of us in how grace works in all of our lives and how our savior himself prays for our recovery. So grateful for songs like this.

We have sinned against God, we try to enter heaven by offerings, religions and idol worshipping etc. which God refuses because he created all of these things, God wants a relationship with us directly and tells us to seek him from within. so he sent his forgiveness down to earth in Jesus Christ. The Lord has blessed my husband and I to conceive a child after about 9 long months of battling with depression, anger, tears, feelings of giving up, and me being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. There IS hope and God was with me during the most difficult months of my entire life and I know he continues to be with me! Praying each and every day for a healthy, viable pregnancy and I cannot wait for my husband and I to hold our first child and marvel at this next chapter of our lives!

This song...I'm bawling my eyes out right now. All my life...has just been one rollercoaster after another...pits and valleys...sharp turns...dead ends... I was on a road to hell. My life has been hard, but that's no excuse to get me into heaven. I've always been raised as a Christian, but have only been saved for almost three months. In those three months, I've failed God more times than I can count. I've fallen, I've broken any relationship I had built up. I still have hope. People fall, they fail, but they can fix it. God can fix them. No matter what is going wrong in your life, God can and will save you. You just have to let him. No matter how much you've screwed up, no matter how broken you are, no matter what you've done wrong in your life, God will still accept you with arms open wide. No matter what is going wrong, there's always hope. You are so valuable to God. God will never fail you...He will always guide you. He will always come through. God will never leave you--you may leave Him but He will never leave you. (That was a tough one for me to learn...) Fix your eyes on God when times get tough. Hang out with God. Let him be your daddy. S.O to my friend Jason Lyon who just recently passed away with a rare tumor in his head. He was a junior going into senior year when he started getting affected by this... He was said to be one in a million to get this tumor and this tumor drove him closer to God instead of away... with the 3 short months he had left on earth he used this event to bring many to Christ! He reached out to every single person he could, and wanted to spread the word till he died which he did. He was always looking out for others and caring. I was completely and absolutely hopeless, life was pointless. From molestation as a kid, my brother with cancer, poverty, never any stability, broken family, physical emotional and psychological abuse from my mother my entire life growing up, battled with years of self harm, then held up at gunpoint by a serial killer at 19 who killed 4 innocent victims the same week, survivors guilt, almost beaten to death by my ex- in my mid 20s and my face was broken in 4 places and needed reconstructive surgery on my left eye orbital bone with plates and screws, lost everything I owned in a flood just days after my wedding so all gifts and memorabilia included , diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and much more. I was suicidal and dropped to my knees one night in an ocean of tears and he rescued me! Praise, Jesus! How great is our Savior, Jesus Christ!!! I've been restored and by his grace redeemed and by mercy FORGIVEN!!! Hallelujah! Don't give up, you are more than your past or circumstances! And you ARE LOVED- your value worth more than rubies!!! If you're not dead, Gods not done with you!!!

MY TESTIMONY....I was HOMELESS a year ago ....and I surrendered my whole heart and life to JESUS....I saw that sun shining ...and now I finally realize...its all gonna be okay because JESUS will be there with me every step of the way.....now I have my own apartment and I repeated my senior year of high school last year and I finally have my diploma and I have a job and most importantly I have JESUS .....I had to hit ROCK bottom to CHANGE ....and I'm so thankful I did ....because now I am in a much better place because of it
God is our only hope If you pray to him then he will protect you during crisis like these. I was addicted to doing sins and stuff and felt guilty and I cried to god to heal me and to help me stop doing these sins and he is helping me I prayed to him when I was sick and I thought I had covid and I prayed to him and I felt I was gonna die but I prayed to god and that night I heard birds chirping in the night and I knew that. He was helping me get through and my mom was crying thought I was going to die but he held me up in his arm and healed me. thank you god for this precious life you have given me🙏🙏🕊🕊❤❤

I thought I'd share this story because it is a testimony of God's unfailing love and mercy. A little backstory. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell cancer in early of 2012. Thru a lot of prayer, and God's miracle working power, it kept going into remission. On September 3rd my life changed forever. After a struggle to get to a ride 2 hours away to visit my mother; Who unbeknownst to me, was living her final hours. I was so stressed on the drive there, that I pulled a good chunk of my beard out. Needless to say, I made it to her, and spent a good amount of time with her. It was bittersweet to have spent the last few moments with her. It was definitely an emotional time with a lot of precious memory's that I will hold with me forever. Here's where this song comes in... I was driving back to my brothers home which was about a half an hour from the hospital, and this song came on. Every lyric of this song grabbed me, and I felt his loving presence holding me. I felt a surreal peace with what had happened, and just knew she was okay. It was like My heavenly father was talking to me, telling me I'll be alright. That there was still hope in front of me. So if you don't already know him, do yourself a favor and get to know him! You will be very glad you did! His unfailing love will get you thru anything! I'm so glad God blessed you Danny with this song so that he can speak to his people. Just shows you how loving and powerful our God is! Blessing's, Honor, Strength, Glory, and Power be to God!

My son has been dealing with a lot lately. He is agnostic. I pray for him that someone will be able to work in his heart and bring him to God. I truly believe that it will happen. Danny, I don't know if you ever read these comments or not. I don't know if you even monitor this page. I just wanted to say "Thank You." Thank you for having the courage to follow where God leads you! Thank you for having the courage to not only share the tragedy of the loss of Sophia, but to live publicly a life that teaches us that there is ALWAYS a reason for things in our lives...that God ALWAYS brings good out of the most unthinkable circumstances if we will just have faith in Him, and follow His lead. Because of this song, I finally have been able to look at the darkness and despair of my life in a new light. I have finally been able to surrender my past to God. I was severely abused in every conceivable way as a child until age 6. I was adopted when I was 8, but I became abusive myself at the age of 11-12. I was institutionalized at the age of 12 & my family abandoned me at the age of 14, on my birthday. These scars have run deep for a long time as I am now 36 (almost 37). I shared my story for the very first time on Facebook today. It scared me to death, but it has been one of the most liberating things I have ever done in my life. I finally understand that God allows bad things to happen to us so we will draw close to Him and He can show us how much He truly loves us. I will pray for you and your family brother. I don't know you personally, but I will someday. Until the day our Lord & Savior comes to get us I will continually lift you up in prayer and be with you in spirit! God bless you Danny!!!

His voice reminds me a bit of Paul Simon and Justin Timberlake but with its own unique sound. Danny Gokey is a superstar in the Kingdom of God. His music is pure, powerful, and beautifully composed. I can tell in the sound of his voice that he has an ear for various genres of music but chose to use His talent for Jesus!!! His music lyrics are deeply thought out and inspired by God. this is an amazing song. one day I was I school and I was just having a bad day. I came out of a class, and *THIS* song just popped into my head(Specifically the chorus) mind that I never really listened or thought much of the song. and right then and there I felt so much better, and i never loved this song so much. I use to listen to this song and other ones by Danny Gokey but then distanced myself from God and listened to secular music and I heard this play randomly on my music app and I suddenly felt like crying and something was telling me to pray just pray idk what for but just to pray and now im currently building my relationship with God again

The Lord has blessed my husband and I to conceive a child after about 9 long months of battling with depression, anger, tears, feelings of giving up, and me being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. There IS hope and God was with me during the most difficult months of my entire life and I know he continues to be with me! Praying each and every day for a healthy, viable pregnancy and I cannot wait for my husband and I to hold our first child and marvel at this next chapter of our lives!

My life has been hard, but that's no excuse to get me into heaven. I've always been raised as a Christian, but have only been saved for almost three months. In those three months, I've failed God more times than I can count. I've fallen, I've broken any relationship I had built up. I still have hope. People fall, they fail, but they can fix it. S.O to my friend Jason Lyon who just recently passed away with a rare tumor in his head. He was a junior going into senior year when he started getting affected by this... He was said to be one in a million to get this tumor and this tumor drove him closer to God instead of away... with the 3 short months he had left on earth he used this event to bring many to Christ! He reached out to every single person he could, and wanted to spread the word till he died which he did. He was always looking out for others and caring. I was completely and absolutely hopeless, life was pointless. From molestation as a kid, my brother with cancer, poverty, never any stability, broken family, physical emotional and psychological abuse from my mother my entire life growing up, battled with years of self harm, then held up at gunpoint by a serial killer at 19 who killed 4 innocent victims the same week, survivors guilt, almost beaten to death by my ex- in my mid 20s and my face was broken in 4 places and needed reconstructive surgery on my left eye orbital bone with plates and screws, lost everything I owned in a flood just days after my wedding so all gifts and memorabilia included , diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and much more. I was suicidal and dropped to my knees one night in an ocean of tears and he rescued me! Praise, Jesus! How great is our Savior, Jesus Christ!!! I've been restored and by his grace redeemed and by mercy FORGIVEN!!! Hallelujah! Don't give up, you are more than your past or circumstances! And you ARE LOVED- your value worth more than rubies!!! If you're not dead, Gods not done with you!!!

I thought I'd share this story because it is a testimony of God's unfailing love and mercy.
A little backstory. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell cancer in early of 2012. Thru a lot of prayer, and God's miracle working power, it kept going into remission. On September 3rd my life changed forever. After a struggle to get to a ride 2 hours away to visit my mother; Who unbeknownst to me, was living her final hours. I was so stressed on the drive there, that I pulled a good chunk of my beard out. Needless to say, I made it to her, and spent a good amount of time with her. It was bittersweet to have spent the last few moments with her. It was definitely an emotional time with a lot of precious memory's that I will hold with me forever. Here's where this song comes in...
I was driving back to my brothers home which was about a half an hour from the hospital, and this song came on. Every lyric of this song grabbed me, and I felt his loving presence holding me. I felt a surreal peace with what had happened, and just knew she was okay. It was like My heavenly father was talking to me, telling me I'll be alright. That there was still hope in front of me.
So if you don't already know him, do yourself a favor and get to know him! You will be very glad you did!

Thank you for having the courage to follow where God leads you! Thank you for having the courage to not only share the tragedy of the loss of Sophia, but to live publicly a life that teaches us that there is ALWAYS a reason for things in our lives...that God ALWAYS brings good out of the most unthinkable circumstances if we will just have faith in Him, and follow His lead.
Because of this song, I finally have been able to look at the darkness and despair of my life in a new light. I have finally been able to surrender my past to God.
I was severely abused in every conceivable way as a child until age 6. I was adopted when I was 8, but I became abusive myself at the age of 11-12. I was institutionalized at the age of 12 & my family abandoned me at the age of 14, on my birthday.
These scars have run deep for a long time as I am now 36 (almost 37). I shared my story for the very first time on Facebook today. It scared me to death, but it has been one of the most liberating things I have ever done in my life.
I finally understand that God allows bad things to happen to us so we will draw close to Him and He can show us how much He truly loves us.
I will pray for you and your family brother. I don't know you personally, but I will someday. Until the day our Lord & Savior comes to get us I will continually lift you up in prayer and be with you in spirit!

My 11 year old amazing son introduced me to this magnificent artist Danny Go key. I find this artist to be quite versatile in his sound and delivery. His voice reminds me a bit of Paul Simon and Justin Timberlake but with its own unique sound. Danny Gokey is a superstar in the Kingdom of God. His music is pure, powerful, and beautifully composed. I can tell in the sound of his voice that he has an ear for various genres of music but chose to use His talent for Jesus!!! His music lyrics are deeply thought out and inspired by God. I am blessed to have discovered his music. My son listens to you everyday Danny!! God bless you, and those listening too!!!

this is an amazing song. one day I was I school and I was just having a bad day. I came out of a class, and *THIS* song just popped into my head(Specifically the chorus) mind that I never really listened or thought much of the song. and right then and there I felt so much better, and i never loved this song so much.
