      ActionLegend They have some great deadlifting videos that helped me out a lot. Try to search youtube for “mind pump deadlift”

    I had IT band syndrome in both legs as a distance runner, this hurts like a MF! Only ever did rolling back and forth rather than flex/extending the knee

    Be careful with foam rolling when your entire glute is tight, it will undoubtedly cause severe pain and contraction. Loosen up the glute, multifidus before you roll.
