CONCRETE PIPE PRODUCTION WITH AN INDIVIDUAL PIPE INSPECTION LINE - @MARTENS BETON B.V.

At the Oosterhout site, Martens beton b.v. extensively modernised the concrete pipe production in 2019 and commissioned a new pipe machine. This is intended to ensure that the production of quality concrete pipes is in line with the market in the long term.
The new pipe production was then to be supplemented with a pipe inspection line specially designed to meet Martens’ needs so that, on the one hand, the quality of the high-grade pipes could be automatically checked and, on the other, they could be reworked (deburred, drilled).
This pipe inspection line was supplied and commissioned by the German company Rekers, which can also look back on numerous references in this field.
