8 Episodes so far, i like the history of Reinhard, but the battles are not really exiting and there are too many characters presented in such a short period of time that is hard to follow.
23 episodes so far, and i don't know, i feel that this anime is just not for me, i don't like policy shows, and the battles are not as exiciting as pelople say. I will finish the show because i really like the past of Reinhard and Kircheis, i just wish the anime focus more on those characters instead of keep presenting characters that have so little to do with the plot.
Capo98y If you want to see more of Kircheis and Reinhard once you finish the OVA you can watch the Gaiden side series without any chance of it spoiling the OVA. Gaiden focuses more on the ascent of Sieg and Reinhard through the military.
New art is better but the dialogue in the new one is trash. Definitely easier on the eyes but you're missing out on so much details with plot, intricate dialogue, lore being fleshed out greatly, and leastly the score and cultural references.
TheAnonym252 No, the main reason they use axes (and sometimes crossbows) is the advent of Seffle particles, which can be deployed at will and cause firing light- or firearm-based weapons to be a suicidal proposition for both sides, as it will cause the area flooded with said particles to become an inferno. This forces battles to go low-tech and close-quarters.
TheAnonym252 Actually that doesn't make a lot of sense. Most ships were made to resist the naval level guns (even if they fail miserably) so a small infantry gun shouldn't be able to punch a hole through the armor. And even if it could, the hole would be so small the ship would need weeks or months to completely lose its atmosphere.

but how do you start and end to watch it because I've heard it has movies and a newer version?
Velat now that you understood go watch it mate !
Is this anime better than Code Geass?
Geass is definitely more entertaining
Miles better than CG.
Someone pls tell me the watch order list.
So far I watched the 95 first episodes of the original series and 2-3 episodes of the more recent one.
Which one dod you like the most?
I love the original but the modern one seems almost as excellent.
where should I watch this? I found a sub site but half of dialogues aren't even subtitled
This is not my favorite anime but there is nothing like this show the plot is thicccckkkk...
Very good.
Where can I see it please? Is it translated to English?
Whats the time line with movies n shit
I have watched the remake first. Now I want to go back to the original. Please advise, from which episode (of the original) shall I continue watching?
Watch the original from the beginning my man. You miss a whole lot in the remake. A lot of characters are written out.
I wanna watch it but its so imposing... Ive watched monster so I can handke this but should I watch lain first?
no, I've not watched Lain but love LOGH and Monster.
I choose The " Free Planets ".
8 Episodes so far, i like the history of Reinhard, but the battles are not really exiting and there are too many characters presented in such a short period of time that is hard to follow.
Oh brother do not worry about there being too many characters.
Capo98y Oh boy.
Capo98y If you want to see more of Kircheis and Reinhard once you finish the OVA you can watch the Gaiden side series without any chance of it spoiling the OVA. Gaiden focuses more on the ascent of Sieg and Reinhard through the military.
what?
But what about the reboot
link on where to watch it please...

Lots of ads and popups, but it's not too bad overall.
Where can I watch this though?
Aghh I want to watch this show so bad but I just can't stand old animation, I'm loving the remake btw but everyone tells me to watch this one :(
I would say the original is better but not by much. Nothing super wrong with the remake
The remake is fine.
It ends up around ep 26 of the original incase you want to continue after finishing the remake.
Personally I prefer the older art style. The newer character designs and art style just look really ugly for me personally.
New art is better but the dialogue in the new one is trash. Definitely easier on the eyes but you're missing out on so much details with plot, intricate dialogue, lore being fleshed out greatly, and leastly the score and cultural references.
Is there any EU release on dvd or blu ray? I can't find this series anywhere.
There’s a box set coming out soon but it’s super expensive and there only making 1000
10.35 The reasson why they dont use gun but the use axes is space. In sapce if you hit wall of ship you can lost atmosfere.
Yes , of course taht true but what I sid is also true.
Mike A YEARS
Should I watch the original or the remake?
Watch the original. The remake is far from finished and is really just a condensed version of the original.

Jesus christ get a life. I’ve seen you in multiple LOGH video comment sections. I’m ashamed to have even watched the same show as you. How can any true fan of LOGH seriously go around and spoil such a great show. Get a goddam life and stop spoiling shit for new fans.
The japanese translation of the title says "why you should NOT watch LoGH. just fyi".
Which version should I watch?
Originlal, of course.
Nice video
You uploaded one video?
but how? I cant find any way to watch it.
