I can't thank you enough for all the inspiration you give me! Yesterday I had to have a heart cath done by going in at my wrist. I can't do my beading for a few days so I've been watching Bead Videos. Mostly yours. I have shied away from doing triangles up until now. After watching this video, I can't wait to get back to my beads! I am definitely going to make this and the "Bollywood" pendant. I am already seeing all kinds of ways to jazz up the triangle. I love the Southwest, Native American designs so you can bet I will be putting this to good use. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with others♥♥♥
Kelly I love triangles and geometric beadwork, congratulations not only for the level of the explication of your tutorials, but also for the quallity of the videos and the RIGHT position of your camera!!! Thank you for sharing it!!
Just completed this necklace. Used what was available in my stash. I kept my tail on because I kept flipping my work. Ugggh !!! This way I knew which side was the front. Other than using some junk seed bead. I had to hand pick my B beads out. I think this came out great. I will be posting a Pic as soon as I get my photo box made. Beading4perfectionist had a great video on how to make one. Just letting my fellow beader's in on making one. Love this necklace. Another great video. Thanks B
Kelly, thank you so much for being so generous with your time and creativeness! You are absolutely amazing and your ability to teach is awesome. You make learning fun and you do it in a way that we can all follow and understand. If I lived in NC, I'd be in your store all the time. Thank you for all you do!!
I know I'm so stinkin' late to this party, but I'm so glad to have watched this video!! Thank you so much, Kelly, for being a most excellent teacher and for sharing your talent with us.
Thank you Kelly for all the wonderful videos you post. I learned how to bead because of you. I can't wait to try this pendant!!! Please keep the videos coming :)
Hi Kelly. I really am impressed with what you have been doing. I have learned a lot from you. You are truly an EXCELLENT teacher. This is a beautiful pendant. I would not have guessed how to start the second triangle. It is truly remarkable. Now I can use up the many seed beads and rivolis that I have in stock. Thanks for teaching us. Much love to you. :)
Hi Kelly, I know this is an old video but I just watched it. It's a beautiful design and the color combinations are endless. I've learned so much from your tutorials and made many of your designs even putting my own spin on some. Thank you so much. Keep these great ideas coming.
I can see these attached together for a bracelet, alternating the direction of the triangles. Even without the Rivoli crystal centerpiece, it would be stunning. You truly are an amazing instructor, thanks again for sharing. If I do the bracelet, I'll send you pictures.
Te quedaron muy hermosos esos aretes, y la explicacion muy entendible, eres una artista y profesora excelente, muchas gracias por enseñar tus conocimientos, Dios te bendiga.
I love, love your videos! They are so easy to follow and I can't wait to try this one! Thank you Kelly...wish your store was closer to me. I live inn Chapel Hill,NC!
Really love this, the colour combo's are endless, Thank you so much for all your tutorials, i appreciate them very much, looking forward to the next , Keep up the lovely work , Thank you Kelly :-) Hugs x
Great video, Kelly- thanks! I did this project with Toho round 11s. The triangle didn't really take shape till after the second row. Also, I didn't have a Rivoli so I used a 14mm gemstone coin bead. It worked ok though I will use a flatter bead next time. Puffy coins make the beadwork pucker a bit.
hi beautiful pendant well done looking forward to making one love all your tutorials you were the first one i found when i started making jewellery also the best
I make triangles too, and I just love what you did with yours. I can't wait to try it. good idea girl. ;) it's beautiful, and your video is clear and easy to follow. A+
Love, love, this project! I have been making Rat Tail Kumihimo necklaces, and wanted to make my own pendants for them. This is just a perfect way to make coordinating pendants, to finish my projects. Any idea on how to add a metal bail to this pendant? The ropes are finished, so I cannot attach them to the beaded bail, as shown on your video. Would appreciate your help! Thanks again, for another fantastic tutorial.
I love this and its a really clear tutorial but I just don't seem be able to get it right, the corners of the triangle wont sit right and the middle just looks untidy and sides seem to have a curve i am using the size 11 seed beads has anybody got any ideas I am getting frustrated undoing triangles now thanks for any help
You do such an amazing job of making peyote so easy to do....I have seen a lot of shapes except for a Diamond Shape....do you have a video on how to do a Diamond Shape? Or can you guide me with a number of beads to start with? I am at a loss. Your video's are great and I'm off to look at some more! Thank you for being a great teacher.
I would LOVE for you to show us -- or tell me -- how to make a circle and a square. I assume for the square, you just add another corner. Do you start with an even number or odd number of beads? For a circle, I have NO IDEA. You are so sweet and patient. Thank you so much! Hugs, Joy
hi Joy, just wanted to tell you that I've made quite a few triangles, even ones that are 3D with a different color on the other side. it kind of rolls up, and is solid. so, you ask about squares and circles...no idea on circles, but I did try squares, and you start with 4 beads in a circle. then you basically start doing peyote, and use the two beads when you get to the four corners, (herringbone) and then just follow what Kelly did for the single triangle. she has the cutest accent, don't ya think? anyway, do a peyote until you get to the corners, add two, and keep going in the same direction. you'll have a step up to do if you work counter clock wise at the end after going around once. each time you go around, you'll step up. I tried it 3D, and it was kind of off, I shouldn't have used Delica cylinders. seed beads would be best for the square, but cylinders are great for a regular triangle. just not that square thing I made. LoL!
To be honest Barbara I'm not 100% sure the answer on this one as I haven't tried it with the 12mm's. Experiment and knock down the center by 6 beads and see if that works. Good Luck!
the colors in the pink one are so pleasing - thank you
Ms. Kelly, your videos are some of the most clearly explained ones. Your patience is amazing. Thank you.

Love this. Have to try it. Though I do not have any rivoli's so I will have to think of something else for the center.

I meant a Peyote Diamond Shape....
Kelly will it work with 8/0's?
Hello, your pendant is very nice, do you know how many beads I need for a rivoli of 16mm? Thank you
I would LOVE for you to show us -- or tell me -- how to make a circle and a square. I assume for the square, you just add another corner. Do you start with an even number or odd number of beads? For a circle, I have NO IDEA. You are so sweet and patient. Thank you so much! Hugs, Joy

very nice i made one Thank You So
Gorgeous! Is there a way to calculate the amount of seed beads needed for different sizes of rivoli? Or do I just need to try and see? X
You amaze me love you, love your tutorials, I have two questions can you use delicas 11/0 and a 12mm instead of 14mm
I loved! Tank you
How many beads would I need for a larger oval stone? How do I calculate how many beads I need? Thank you 😊
I love this pattern and have made two thus far. How many beads would I start with for a 10mm rivoli? I have several 10mm. Thanks.
Would a 12mm rivoli work as well?
I Love this.
This is awesome! To make smaller triangles for 12mm rivoli (I'm thinking matching earrings), how many seed beads would you recommend starting with?
To be honest Barbara I'm not 100% sure the answer on this one as I haven't tried it with the 12mm's. Experiment and knock down the center by 6 beads and see if that works. Good Luck!
can you use 11 delica beads
