For those who don’t sew or can’t find the RFID blocking fabric, RFID blocking wallets are available just about everywhere. I bought mine at a luggage shop for $25.

I like it that you give a reason for your actions. As a novice it’s useful to know, for example, that the extra small piece of batting is used to help with wear and tear at the clasp.
I love this! This is such good advice for when you're sitting at a sporting event, usually cramped right up to the next person (another reason I hate bleachers) 🙄

I have the RFID fabric. In the UK I got mine through Amazon. Not used it yet, but I am going to make some little trays and bags for our car keys. I have an RFID wallet which cost me £35. My aunt was at a quilt show and had her card copied. It was a frighting experience even though not much money was taken as she noticed the transaction on her online banking. Take care everyone.❤

I don't have a tutorial on it...but whatever vid you do watch will work. The Laura Star is a pricey luxury but totally worth it. Be sure to use my affiliate in the info box❤️ Not sure that I could live without it now LOL😂

It's funny that you ask that LOL....because I actually tried foil before I received the RFID fabric and it didn't work at all🤷🏻♀️ So I would say no. I had heard of people using the foil before so I figured I'd give it try✅
I’m not sure if it’s an option on your JUKI, but my JUKI has the thread cutter connected to the presser foot! I discovered it when I DIDN’T want to cut my thread, but as I was adjusting my hands during FMQ, I put backwards pressure on the foot peddle, and it cut the thread! ARGH!! I did it twice, until I realized I’d better turn the foot pedal sideways, which prevents the accidental activation of the thread cutting! But it is handy when you want to use it!

All you have to do is buy RFID credit card sleeves off of Amazon for example.
I also bought one for my passport as well.
There was a UA-cam video where the guy tested that particular brand of RFID sleeves. not everybody’s going to have that device to see whether or not they trust that the wallet that you’ve made will actually protect them.
But it’s worth a try

A quick solution is buy a Faraday pouch. Total RFID. Protects cards and key fobs from being read and copied.
About $10 on Amazon

Just wondering, can RFID material be washed…if my fabric wallet needs washed? And, if I wash my wallet, can I iron it? Thanks!
-Just be aware if it you get the item that has the RFID fabric in dirty If you wash it, the RFID fabric is not going to work again so do not get it wet.
After one incident where a magnet caused a problem with a credit card, I have been very cautious about placing the 2 in proximity. Have you checked out the strength of the magnetic snaps and determined if they might interfere with a credit card?

Not sure if it would work...you could give it a try🤷🏻♀️ The RFID fabric does not "have" to be bonded to the lining.....BUT bonding them together makes for a nice neat presentation✅
Heat and bond and wonder under are basically the same
Product. One by pellon and the other is dritz(I think). So I see no reason it wouldn’t work. ( used to work at Joann. We sold them interchangeably)
