Whenever I board a man-o-war and see the objective of 'destroy the enemy flag' pop up, I smile, because it's the longest of the objectives, and that means I get to listen to more of this music.

One thing you got to admit they did great in AC 4 is the sea battle music. It works especially well with all the sounds, the clashing of swords, the fire and all the yelling during boardings. While the actual sea battle themes work nice while the cannons are ringing.
The best part is when you got all the badass things going on at once, all the ships around you battling it out while a horrible storm threatens to sink every ship around, and then you got the battle music playing when you board the flaming ships in the pouring rain.
The way the music starts with a very peaceful intro, and the way it shifts to a very aggressive riot between the drums, violins and other instruments. Just fabulous!

No you cant they will always stay low level, they're only there to get firebarrells from but you will find much higher level ships later on as you progress in the story, max level ships at level 70 which are man of war ships
The Legendaries are level 75 Man o'war are maximum level 60 Frigtaes can go up to 43 Brigs have a max level of 25 (excluding your own ship) Schooners can go up to level 11 (aside from the Benjamin which is level 23) Gunboats are only up to level 6 Works for black flag and rogue
It's still the same speed, but when your brain is producing adrenaline your brains processing power increases so it's almost as if time slows down itself.
