@@Mushyy_1 You are an excellent teacher! It was super easy to follow and you have a very soothing voice. I cannot thank you enough! They came out soooooo very cute. I did change it up just a little to make it a bit more taller but I love them and cannot wait to gift them to her. I will post on Instagram and tag you if you dont mind. 💝 All the best from Seattle, WA USA.
I am so excited you posted this! I am working on my first set for my soon to be here grandson. Next for my 7 month old grandson. And so on:) Thank you!!
I finished mine and looked at your picture and it looks like your green is higher than a single crochet. Maybe a 1 1/2 ? Or two single rows? I like the look of it and will try it with the pair for my 8 month old grandson’s pair. Thank you for explaining how to make a larger size in an above reply:)
Hi there, to make these bigger i would suggest using the same stitch count. Just replace the half double crochet with Double crochets and use a larger hook size for example 4.5mm. In case working with double crochet turned bigger than the size you wanted then ttry working half double crochet in Round 1 (same as in the tutorial) and then work Double Crochet in Round 2 instead of half double crochet. Hope this helps😊
Hi !! Absolutely you can! You will have to work double crochets for the sole part instead of half double crochets and use a bigger hook size. This way the sole part will increase in width and length both. Let me know if it worked 😊
I have tried 3x and my bootie is wide at the top which would make it not tight enough to stay on a foot. It seems that the "toe" is not as deep as your example. What might the the reason?
Hi there, I am using 100%Acrylic worsted ( medium) weight yarn but i guess my yarn was a little on a thicker side than what Medium weight yarn usually are. In case you want it to be a little taller then you can work half double crochet or Double crochets on the last round(with green yarn) instead of single crochets
I'm making these!

Hi there , wondering if these can be made toddler size ?

Would I just go up a hook size to make bigger booties for an older baby? My daughter is almost 9mos, but she's small for her age.
Yes please, you can go up a hook size and you can even replace half double crochets with Double Crochets for a bigger sized shoe.

Hi I notice in your video yours seems a lot taller? What size yarn are you using? And am I possibly doing something wrong?
