I'm definitely not a cooking person but your videos makes it look so easy that it makes me want to try your recipes, and also the final result is always so atractive and aesthetic it makes you want to have it in your hands already haha
a couple tips i learned was: 1) use lukewarm, old eggwhites 2) you can add a sprinkle of cream of tartar to stabilize the meringue 3) be careful not to overstir! once you see it turn glossy/ viscous enough to where it can form that ribbon just stop 4) don't open oven when baking them + don't put in more than one tray of macarons at a time. --hope this helped a bit
just dont be dumb and follow the recipe. it's baking. get a measuring cup, don't cheap out on ingredients and do exactly as it says. don't have a mixer? borrow one or get one. it's not that hard.

macarons totally fail if you mix too little OR too much, so the tricky part is learning exactly how much to mix. you really need to get a bunch of air out to make sure they're perfectly smooth on top and not hollow, which is why they smear it up the sides of the bowl and then scrape it down a few times
