I made this tonight for dinner for my brother and I and it was great! I used Italian sub bread from Costco and I made the special mayo you showed and I can’t believe how simple it was and delicious. I will definitely be using that mayo recipe for other sandwiches. I also used turkey bacon since we don’t eat pork. Thank you! 🥰💜

I use Dave's KillerBread and toast that well. Also I make a bacon weave 3x3 to cover the entire slice of bread. I'll have to try out that parsley add-on to my mayonnaise.
