So many of us are feeling the vibe of depression, self doubt, and confusion. Feeling trapped or limited, or fearful of our own growth. Themes of Ego Death, clarity, and releasing what does not serve though validation and trust in your own ability.
This session is to support you, to help clear those energies and confidently step into the next version of who we choose to become.
Hope you enjoy the ASMR style session, I tried to take my time a bit more today as I've received some feedback with those suggestions.

I’m 24, about to be 25. I had to comment because I thought it was so interesting that everyone who commented their age seemed to also be in the middle of the “decade” and 20s were the only one missing! I love that we can all be in massively different places in life and still be benefiting from the same beautiful energy. Also to the teen who original posted, good for you being into this so young. I wish I had this to help me through all my teenage struggles. Would have been much healthier than the other coping mechanisms I found 💕💕

Lune is definitely one of a kind I agree. Reiki/asmr is a lovely cross-over too.
It was a comforting surprise to hear that your depressive symptoms tend to come out more as anger, lashing out. That's how mine are as well, and growing up I was always talked down to that "not everything's a fight" and "stop being so aggressive" during years that I would look back on and remember nothing but anger, shame, and a sense of "void". So it's assuring to hear that somebody so sweet, genuine, and helpful can come from a background of symptoms like that as well
Depression can come out in many ways. Sometimes those with fire elements/signs in their charts tend to express it in anger or rage. I’ve learned to work with it. (Not “blaming” anything on the stars, just something I noticed.)
I really needed this, wow. I have been dealing with my depression and struggling getting out of bed and to my classes. I need a change in energy and I need to work on it myself as well.

It's amazing how your videos always seem to resonate. My spiritual journey actually started stumbling upon one of your videos. I discovered my life's purpose, but despite this haunted by this false belief I used to have that happiness was a luxury and not a necessity, I sometimes have these days (like today) that I can barely even feel passionate about my current projects that are finally in alignment with my heart's desire, what I always dreamt of, what I always prayed for, and I start doubting, even feeling depressed, asking myself what I truly want, but videos like these help me to quiet my anxious ego and let my inner child speak. Thank you for that.

Maths has always been my talent. I've always been really good at maths, but today I felt so tired and simply could not understand it at all. My friend messaged me and told me about her weight loss successes and how she is talking to this guy I used to be very close with. I started crying and I felt so lost. I can't begin to describe how much this video was needed today. I always use your videos to help me study and I am beyond grateful for your work, your support and everything you do. The energy you give me is so important and honestly, if I had enough money - I'm only 17 - I would buy personal sessions. I have never connected with anyone in the way you have helped me and I am so so grateful. My life has been falling down around my shoulders but I feel like with your help I can start rebuilding it.

Dearest Lune Innate thank you so much for this beautiful nurturing, healing energy session. I really needed this. My aunt died one week ago very suddenly and completely unexpectedly and emotionally things have been very messy and confused. Grief, love, pain is so complex. I'm triggered on so many emotional levels dealing with her loss. Trying to deal with issues that are emotionally unresolved with my grandmother's death two years ago. She was a complicated relationship. Loving and worrying for my mother while simultaneously not feeling supported for some childhood trauma of an abuse nature. I'm working with reiki energy to try help and heal myself and also to help others and your presence here on UA-cam has been such an important turning point. Prior to finding you here I was very stuck and lost but I'm heading down this path now moving forward and it's because your energy and your care and compassion that resonates so clearly. Sorry for rambling. Just thank you again for your beautiful presence.

Feb 28 baby here. Finally addressing PTSD in group therapy and when you talked about past trauma, it was like you were talking right to me. This is something I'll be watching after group, I know I'll have to dig in deep and this is so comforting. Thank you 😊❤️

You helped me out of a major panic attack before bed last night that normally would have lasted a couple hrs. And I was able to fall asleep without a problem. When I used to do Reiki it was fast too. That's just how it worked with me. Recently I've been getting Reiki twice a month from my teacher, and our last session was fast. Ironically we were doing some specific clearing that she had me participate in.

I had so much grieving happening during this session. I smiled because ive been saying all this and then some to my son every night for the last year and i never really realized how important actually hearing this was.. it always helps him fall asleep on a bad day and it made my heart feel whole to know he truly understands how loved he is 🥺❤
