What a measured, sensible, reserved collection. We can tell 100% this dude almost never overpaid and patiently assembled this tasteful collection. Props 🤙🏽
Thanks man, much appreciated. A lot of the stuff I have is older and either from the time the games came out or shortly after in the next generation. I was a little behind on the Neo Geo stuff having started in ‘08. Thanks for the kind words.
Hey Joe. Thanks for sharing. Would love to see a video on the Typex3, which I recently just got and also a video on the Naomi board with Dimm you showed. Thanks and great content as always.
Going to definitely talk a little about the TTX3 here in the future. I might be able to pair it with something pretty spectacular so I’m holding out to see if that happens. The Naomi I definitely will cover in the next month or so.
A week or two ago the owner of TO made a controversial political comment directed towards Krikzz who was fleeing the Ukraine at the time. It has since been backtracked but it wasn't well received by the community and there was a lot of backlash considering someone was escaping their home country due to violence.
Thanks for sharing your game room and studio. I really enjoyed seeing it as is. Sorry to hear you got sick is never fun. Can't wait to see some of this stuff become future projects.
Great stuff as always. Collecting is a slippery slope for sure!! I’m trying to be extremely strict with myself about what I pick up, but I always see something I else that I simply must have 🙄 Congrats on your collection/setup, always fun to see how other people do it.
Kind of like clothes, I try to look at things I haven’t used in a while and then get rid of it if I can. It’s harder with nostalgic stuff but for consoles and games beginning in the disc era I’m not too discerning.
Oh yeah! I always green screen. The cabs and footage in the background is always my own, but it’s so much easier to get those shots separately and combine them.
I bursted out laughing when I saw the gamer coffee mug - my mom is a sweet lady, but she constantly buys me "gamer" related items out of the goodness of her heart, and I just can't bring myself to tell her they're laughably awful 😅
I almost always have the shades pulled in that room. I'm also rarely in that room during the daytime so its more out of happenstance I suppose. You're right though, the sunlight is a killer.
Hey you did the game room Vid in the end!! 😎 Awesome room and a very cool collection of nicely assembled stuff…Did you replace your N64 though? I seem to remember from a video from way back that you had a ‘funtastic’ smoke grey ultra hdmi N64? Lol the closet in your game room is probably as big as my actual game room 😅
Got lucky with the extra bedroom and indulged a little. I do enjoy it a lot but find myself fussing with what is actually on display often. No one sees this but me either, lol.
From one video game collector to another. Love you video game collection! I have a question for you. bc I need something to display my video games where did you get those book shelving?
Thanks man. The Sauder Media shelves are from Amazon and sometimes drop as low as $40. They’re nice because they don’t take up more space than is needed but they’re also not anything super high end.
Now this will be a real treat to see Scarlet. i just came in with a Pizza Hut Dinner Box deal and need to see a fun video to enjoy it bro. 8^) Anthony..
I was so jealous of the Genesis up until that point. So relieved when NHLPA ‘93 hit the SNES. Ironically I then got NHL ‘94 on Sega CD the next year when I grabbed a Genesis relatively cheap.
Scarlet, do yourself a favor and contact Basement Systems. I had my house done 15 years ago and my basement is dry as a bone and can never flood. It's great to have another 1000 sq feet of living space and my game room is great because it's no different than any other room. 35% ambient humidity in a basement is awesome! You have such a great collection it's worth the 8k to do it. Keep up the great work. Your friend Gorilla aka Vintage Dude 😁
I really need to get the basement done. Period. Trying to time construction around lumber prices has been insane. I don’t know how much longer I’m going to have to wait but every time it seems to dip and I get positioned it spikes right back up. Some day (year). Lol.
No, I escaped disaster. I had the water shut off in less than a minute. Still made a mess but the water didn’t get very high at all and was concentrated in a small area.
Hah, I think that came from a friend who had a box of stuff he was taking to goodwill. I saw it and pulled it out. You’re right, may need to look for a Sonic 3 cart sometime.
good idea on the igs pgm i've been doin the same shit on mvs boards i didn't know about the cave titles dodonpachi is available on cart as well- i might have to hoard a bit more arcade shit now lol that neogeo mvs shelf is probably one of the only ones in the world i hope you never sell
The Cave shooters came as single boards but have since been dumped and made into those cart versions by a few talented people. GC8Tech on Twitter does them now too.
Great video, as always. Where did you get the acrylic and standoffs for your arcade boards? Looking to do the same for protection as I swap them in and out of my candy cab.
Great collection dude. It's a very personal collection as opposed say some large get whatever you can and throw it on a shelf so I can show it off on YT or IG like a lot of these goofs do anymore.
With the exception of Neo Geo all of the retro physical stuff has some type of meaning or it was purged. Winding down to MiSTer and flash carts as my libraries now. That’s what I play 90% of the time if I’m honest.
@@ScarletSprites I'm actually in the same boat. I have flash carts/odes and mister for all my stuff and have a good collection of games. I'm gunna start purging the games bc the prices are high now. Might as well make a buck or 2 while I can
It has to do with Terra Onion making a borderline at best/insensitive remark towards competitor Krikzz when he had to flee the Ukraine during the Russian invasion.
I got lucky with the extra bedroom here. This house was sitting on the market for almost 9 months when we bought it. The extra rooms upstairs and the walkout basement were huge selling points for me. The downside? Every room in the entire house needed paint and carpet.
that Neo Geo MVS collection...incredible!!!
That’s the centerpiece for sure.
What a measured, sensible, reserved collection. We can tell 100% this dude almost never overpaid and patiently assembled this tasteful collection. Props 🤙🏽

Futon in the game room master race rise up. Great vid man, I’m drooling over that NeoGeo shelf
Thanks man, it’s definitely the centerpiece of the room.
Nice room! Cool to finally see all the stuff you collected during the years!
Thanks for checking it out man!

@@ScarletSprites Looking forward to it.
Wow what an AMAZING COLLECTION! Love it!
Thanks for stopping by again man!
Mr PLANdemic loves your game room.
Very nice! Quality over quantity and
the game room/collection is so awesome in my book.👍
Thanks man. Definitely not a volume guy (aside from Neo Geo) any more. I unloaded a lot of stuff in the last two years.
Awesome video. WWF Wrestlemania Arcade is definitely a cabinet I want to find some day. Love that you got the PCB!
I saw the cabinet with full side art locally for a decent price. Can’t recall but I know it was $800 or so. Tempting. So tempting.
VERY lovely collection. Impressive! Not stop collecting :)
Thanks man!
Great tour. I found your channel through looking for MisterArcade reviews. I have a question on why the Terra Onion is controversial?
A week or two ago the owner of TO made a controversial political comment directed towards Krikzz who was fleeing the Ukraine at the time. Buying cabs is the new midlife crisis. Awesome tour! Thanks for sharing.
I won’t deny this. Thanks man!
This video is awesome thanks for sharing your collection with us
Thanks for taking the time to watch.
Awesome collection! Really enjoyed this video 👍
Thanks man. Not the usual stuff but I really needed to get back on the saddle.
That's an awesome collection 👍👍
Thanks man!
Awesome collection!!
Thanks man!
Brother Scarlet, we love you brother! Hope there wasn't any damage from the flood. Great looking setup. That Neo Geo collection looks so beautiful!
I dodged a bullet on that one. It took about 2hrs to clean up but thankfully nothing was damaged. I got the water shut off pretty fast.
That was an awesome tour. Thanks for your time.
Thanks for taking the time to check it out man!
Thanks for sharing your game room and studio. I really enjoyed seeing it as is. Sorry to hear you got sick is never fun. Can't wait to see some of this stuff become future projects.
Thanks man! I definitely have enough projects to keep me busy for a while. Worried about time now, lol.
Man that MVS collection is unreal, all the games and in boxes. Nice setup
Thanks man, definitely the centerpiece of the room. All about the Neo.
I love your neogeo videos btw :)
Thanks man! I need to head back to those and get Neo Geo back on the topics here for 2022z
Awsome collection !! great to see you again :) take care and stay safe ...
Thanks man, you too!

Lots of cool stuff you don’t see every day there.. also reminds me that I need to film my new game room tour that I was supposed to do a month ago.
Oh nice! I wouldn’t mind taking a peek at that once you get it pulled together.
nice neo geo collection
Nice collection, I have that exact same TV stand where your TCL is :)
Nice! It’s definitely worked out pretty well for me. As I scale down it’s definitely more than sufficient.
Very nice man! I never realized you used a green screen lol. Your PGM labels look mint.
Oh yeah! I always green screen. The cabs and footage in the background is always my own, but it’s so much easier to get those shots separately and combine them.
very nice display and collection, great memory lane from 80s to present
Thanks for watching!
Gotta love those Axunworks devices hehe
Phenomenal stuff!
I bursted out laughing when I saw the gamer coffee mug - my mom is a sweet lady, but she constantly buys me "gamer" related items out of the goodness of her heart, and I just can't bring myself to tell her they're laughably awful 😅
Same. I think that pain is relatable to a lot of people.
Don’t forget that Neo Geo glass mug.
I did kind of skip over that, my apologies. That is a fairly recent grab from the SNK Online Shop.
Wii U Fan for Life!! Still remains in my lineup as well!
I still play a fair amount of 3D World and Splatoon on it. The latter especially after I sold my Switch. It’s also my go to Gamecube player.
@@ScarletSprites it’s my go to Gamecube and Wii player as well
Awesome! Do you keep your room dark all the time to avoid any UV sun light damage, or do you trust it'll be fine?
I almost always have the shades pulled in that room. I'm also rarely in that room during the daytime so its more out of happenstance I suppose. You're right though, the sunlight is a killer.
That's a great collection. Thanks for sharing.
Starting to slum it down a little. I didn’t really talk too much about that but I’ve sold a lot of things in the past two years.
@@ScarletSprites I am still so impressed by your collection. Please keep up the great work and the great video's.

Lol the closet in your game room is probably as big as my actual game room 😅
Thanks man. I sold the UltraHDMI modded N64 that you’re referencing. The one in the video was my first from back in the day.
Amazing collection, and I like your setup. I wish I had a space to display what I have.
Got lucky with the extra bedroom and indulged a little. I do enjoy it a lot but find myself fussing with what is actually on display often. No one sees this but me either, lol.

It’s a long one, hope you made it though!
Loved the tour
Thanks man!
Vou escrever em portugues mesmo :)
Cara.... Gosto muito do seu canal!!!
Ótimos videos!!! Top dimais sucesso!!!
Nice tour! How do you keep your collections clean and free of dust?
A lot of the games on shelves are in clear protectors, especially the cardboard boxes. But I do vacuum and dust regularly too, lol.
I could relate when you mentioned you didn't have a Genesis (NHL games). It was also a HUGE deal for me when EA ported the hockey games to the SNES.
I was so jealous of the Genesis up until that point. So relieved when NHLPA ‘93 hit the SNES. Ironically I then got NHL ‘94 on Sega CD the next year when I grabbed a Genesis relatively cheap.

The basement was flooded? Did your arcade cabinets get damaged any?
No, I escaped disaster. I had the water shut off in less than a minute. Still made a mess but the water didn’t get very high at all and was concentrated in a small area.
Owning Sonic and Knuckles but missing Sonic 3 is like having Cereal but no milk. Ironically I only own Sonic 3 so that stood out to me lol

its about as close to actual hardware as us mere mortals will ever get haha
No Sega Saturn? I was surprised by that.
Nope. I’ve never owned a Saturn and tbh the only time I’ve ever played one was at a kiosk display.
I do have OCD looking at those controllers with the wire wrapped around them is doing my head in😂
Yeah it’s not good for anyones mental health. I’m there with you.
Awesome stuff
Thanks man!
What are those awesome acrylic arcade PCB cases? I want some!
Ah, Lions3 makes them…

💧 Waterproof Baby!!! 💪💪💪
I got lucky this time. Real lucky.
What’s the controversy over Mega SD? I’m not aware
It has to do with Terra Onion making a borderline at best/insensitive remark towards competitor Krikzz when he had to flee the Ukraine during the Russian invasion.
If only this dude’s 10 year old self could see his Neo Geo collection RN lol
Hah, I often think about that at times.
Diggen the setup. Makes me want to have a larger space

HA! That's where I keep my Switch lol
Yeah, it doesn’t really need to be out front and center. It’s fine back there. 🤷🏼♂️
I'm surprised you don't run a heap of av switched to connect all the hardware up
I used to, most of the consoles have HDMI now or I use an HDMI solution. It’s just been easier to swap that way.
Open that links Awakening. I’m on dungeon 8 , fun game especially if you’re like me and never played the original.
I’ve never played the original either. Maybe I need to give it a shot.
Dude I'm jealous
Thanks for checking things out man.
Jealous, jealous, jealous.
Haha, thanks man
Can someone fill me in on the terraonion political controversy? I couldn't find anything
It was a while back. There were some questionable (at best) comments made by TO regarding Krikzz around the time of Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine.
