Yesterday's stream for the people that didn't watch was amazing, probably gonna be on WizardPoker soon. Power drill started going at it outside so Trump muted mic. Someone in chat asked why Trump doesn't just close the window, to which Trump responded: "Why don't you just close the window? That's a genius idea, why didn't I think of that." *opens window* "Maybe it's because the window is closed already you fricking moron!" xD I really hope you people get to watch it, it was hilarious.
Lmao far worse is a stretch. Both decks are pretty equal in terms of shittiness. It's like comparing 2 giant piece of turds... Lmao who cares they're both turds.
Also, they're like the only source of card draw. Since your opponent probably has card draw, you can run out of answers and lose, but if you just put in card draw, you won't have the fatigue advantage. Coldlight oracle makes it so you can always have a hand, but still keep your win condition.
How many times do you think you can play C'Thun? After the second, you've probably either won or lost. In my novice opinion, I think Coldlight Oracle would be good if your win condition truly revolved around getting to fatigue and outlasting your opponent. Not saying you SHOULD necessarily use it, just that taking it out probably means that you're looking towards alternate win conditions. C'thun isn't necessarily a bad win condition.
I've only just got to OG and i'm not even a regular hearthstone player so my account is f2p and the last pack i opened before og was maybe at the release of TGT. Did the quests (with a good old priest deck - 10 wins on ladder isn't really hard if you strt at rank 25 :D ) got 2 dark nat from packs that i got rid of for dust (because i don't play mil decks since i'm not that good at them) i have to say that C'thun and his cards are amazing. Cheap as hell to craft (except the twins ) and pretty easy to pull off. This one card made me love playing the game again and not just watching trump or kripp
That's why they made standard, made the barrier to entry basically nill so everyone can enjoy the game. Ppl can complain all they want about the changes but I'm in the same boat as you and love the new expansion.
No Twilight Geomancer? I use this as a prep for Brann defence to get extra shots off the following round - but it's also good to have C'thun with taunt - especially if you're running Doomcaller. Even if the opponent has The Black Knight, they can only use it once (which actually works to your advantage if they kill off C'thun as soon as you drop it, since you should already have a Doomcaller in hand)
kripps deck felt better to surviving and making it to the late game. trumps deck was more greedy and didn't feel as consistent with winning in the fatigue
+Ivan Vinogradov Enemy fan of knives have been flying backwards for what seems like a week or so. They fixed the whisper bug really quickly. I guess they just don't care enough about this one.
hehe yeah he said he would use golden cards only when all the cards in the deck are golden he wouldn't craft golden cards or anything he would just do so when all the cards in a deck are eventually golden one day so maybe we might see him playing a golden deck soon
I completely believe in this deck. Not many decks can beat 4 Highmanes and double N'Zoth plus getting C'Thun stolen. Fuck those games this deck is awesome.
First loss: A hunter with four Highmanes. Still a close game. Second loss: Opponent could have played three N'Zoth and got a random Warrior card to kill Sylvanas and steal C'Thun. The decks weakness has more to do with RNG than C'Thun getting stolen.
+Nayradin Naynay dude, what.... ? theres nothing to do with n'zoth, it was just some bullshit unlucky events. trump had the brawl, n'zoth survived (1 out 7) , rogue had the shadowstep toxin (1 out 5, 2x), and thean rogue got one randon warrior card that can do 1 damage to his own sylvanas. had any of that gone wrong for the rogue trump would have won... sorry for my bad english tho ^^
I know trump didn't intend for this, but does he seem to be talking down to Krip slightly. Saying that oracle was unnecessary and whatnot? Or am i looking too deep into this. I understand they are good friends. Just a thought. Much love and peace to all :)
I swear I've been shouting Harbinger so many times at my computer screen. It's about as slow as Doomcaller, but drawing C'thun would make so many situations better.
I've tried this deck vs. Kripp's and almost always lose with this variation. Kripp's wins more for me, but since a great majority of this is just luck anyway it's hard to tell whether it's the deck that's superior, or just my luck while using Kripp's.
The brawl at 26:57 was a big mistake, u could have executed C'thun, traded the 4/2 with the 4/4 and then smashed the 2/3... Also you could have done trades before brawling it was just a shield waste..
Would balance be better if they shifted to maximum 100 Mana (with +10 Mana each turn and 20 Mana Hero Powers)? Then they could finetune some of the cards that are either OP or trash with the current mana costs by adding halves. Like you could combine a 35 Mana card with a 15 Mana one, I don't really play ladder to care for balance, but seeing how a 1 Mana nerf can make an OP card trash and they cannot nerf it by any less makes the future of the game grim.
This is actually a very interesting idea, but it's completely impossible to do at this point. Would have been a fantastic idea early on in development, but unfortunately foresight is only a Shaman card and doesn't work in the real world. Due to the intricacies of card theory, a lot of cards are either overpowered are underpowered. I've gone out and evaluated a lot of not-so-good cards to be about half a point underpowered, and then some of the most overpowered minions are overpowered by half a point (for example, Evil Heckler is theoretically OP by half a point if we take attack:health ratios and mana warp into consideration; it should be a 4/4, but Blizz went an extra step and pushed it up to 5/4). Because there's no way to reduce a card's cost by a fraction of a mana crystal, we end up with a whole bunch of useless cards and a whole bunch of slightly overpowered cards. It's not good.
Pegglefrank If it would work, they could easily implement it. Blizzard has done game-changing patches to their previous games before. They redid most D3 mechanics for 1.2 I think. They are redoing all the classes of WoW for Legion, as well as they did a squish a while back. They already kind of rebalanced HS with Standard. It is not like a game is unchangeable. Such a change would have an uproar but would make balance of new cards easier in the future. And it's not like people would just stop playing HS for such a change.
I was writing a reply, but it was completely deleted because I clicked off the right-side of the screen to pause the video I was on. Thanks G+. That's true, but Standard was fairly simple in theory; all they really had to do was apply a filter for cards of a specific type, namely cards that were Nax or GvG. Multiplying the mana cost of every card in the game by 10 /might/ be doable with a script, but even then, every card would have to be reviewed individually. There are cards like Thaurissan and Mana Wraith that have to be modified, too, and the process of changing them can't really be automated. That said, I guess there aren't really all that many cards in the game yet (even though we're quite a few expansions in now) compared to, say, Magic, so going through every card might not be all that time consuming.
in hindsight, you might've played that 31 damage to a minion a little too soon. If you saved it for the enemy c'thun, you would have gotten rid of it easily, and then wouldn't have to deal with it's bs.
The point of Coldlights in Kripps deck is to have another win condition with Brann through fatigue if C'thun can't be resummoned. 2 Doomcallers is a way worse call, funny he was shitting on Kripps deck.
You and krip should just get it over with and tie the knot already. You two remind me of my wife and I when we were kiddos before we got married.
Just wondering.. is your last name Lanister?
haha!
+xcvsdxvsx can somebody explain me what has happenned i am only playing the game for 1-2 weeks i dont know the community

Thank you so much for this.
that intro was very smooth
+Edzter Just like the taste of new Vanilla coke.
Best Trump quote ever
"I am... The darkest night/knight (could be either one)"
Trump: "Batman wannabe" *kills it
There are 3 cervixes in the thumbnail. Not sure why.
>gets caught out by incredibly obvious bait
>"oh guys it was just trolling lol xD"
if that was meant to be bait, it's a really shit one
What even was that intro? ;D more intros!

+Skipperino Kripperino He's gonna be a virgin forever
That fucking intro... god... I fucking love Trump.
Dat zoom in intro LOL
Talks shit about Kripp's deck and then proceeds to make a far worse deck.
Lmao far worse is a stretch. Both decks are pretty equal in terms of shittiness. It's like comparing 2 giant piece of turds... Lmao who cares they're both turds.
I hope Trump finds himself a girl who will accept him for all his awesomeness in his own way.
+Antoine Bandele he's a good guy, he'll do fine
+Charlie Crome
No offense to Trump, but he's pretty awkward around women.
And by "pretty awkward" I mean "very awkward".
He has youtube money that will do..
+Antoine Bandele he probably wont, girls with value are so rare nowadays
+Abderrahmane Awçalla: Heh, well played.
13:25 C'Three vs. Savannah Four
Coldlight Oracles are burst in Kripp's deck, it's a fatigue warrior. It's not just to speed things up.
Also, they're like the only source of card draw. Since your opponent probably has card draw, you can run out of answers and lose, but if you just put in card draw, you won't have the fatigue advantage. Coldlight oracle makes it so you can always have a hand, but still keep your win condition.
Syrange13 Yep, fair point!
Nice subtle product placement. Also "touched by the Kripp"... hmmm
But when Sylvanas steals bae away from you, does it become C'No'ne?
How many times do you think you can play C'Thun? After the second, you've probably either won or lost.
In my novice opinion, I think Coldlight Oracle would be good if your win condition truly revolved around getting to fatigue and outlasting your opponent. Not saying you SHOULD necessarily use it, just that taking it out probably means that you're looking towards alternate win conditions. C'thun isn't necessarily a bad win condition.
thats a pretty good opinion for a novice
That intro is one of the many reasons I watch Trump. That shade thrown at kripp was also pretty hilarious.
Come on man, disenchant that golden Disciple panda and craft a regular one. I know you want to.
Whats the name of that Addon on the left that shows all the cards remaining in his deck ??? Please answer the question, whoever knows.
What would happen with Justicar's effect when Brann is on the board?
7:10 Game started.
Whats the win/loss counter and the card ui on the left?
No Twilight Geomancer? I use this as a prep for Brann defence to get extra shots off the following round - but it's also good to have C'thun with taunt - especially if you're running Doomcaller. Even if the opponent has The Black Knight, they can only use it once (which actually works to your advantage if they kill off C'thun as soon as you drop it, since you should already have a Doomcaller in hand)
26:51 why didn't you just execute the c'thun and let your 4/2 trade with his 2 guys?
kripps deck felt better to surviving and making it to the late game. trumps deck was more greedy and didn't feel as consistent with winning in the fatigue
How do you get your deck listed down the left like that?
Will we see the druid Fandral deck again?
That first match was just unlucky. No deck can fight against 4 Highmanes. It's just not going to work out.
If there's ONE thing Trump's good at, it's subtle product placement.
i must have missed something, where did all the highmanes come from
How did that deck have 4 highmanes??
+Bryan A He discovered the extras off tomb spider
Trump got rekt by RNG
32:53
That Fan of Knives was upside down... BLIZZ FIX
+Ivan Vinogradov Enemy fan of knives have been flying backwards for what seems like a week or so. They fixed the whisper bug really quickly. I guess they just don't care enough about this one.
*T H E B E S T*
*G O D D A M N*
*I N T R O*
Why doesnt he use the golden cards? Am I missing something here?
Someone please help a nigga out
+SeppyZn he once said he would use golden cards only when all the cards in...(the rest omitted)
Jeremy Jeong 정진형 oh... lol ty
hehe yeah he said he would use golden cards only when all the cards in the deck are golden
he wouldn't craft golden cards or anything he would just do so when all the cards in a deck are eventually golden one day
so maybe we might see him playing a golden deck soon
Jeremy Jeong 정진형 True that, amaz already has it. Its wierd how Trump doesnt. considering they're just as popular
Would Doomcaller be OP if it just put a C'thun in your deck regardless?
+Daniel Lucas obviously
+Lipe Br It would be strong in superlategame decks, but op? Slowest card in the game by a distance.
editing is so great, the first minute got me laughing hysterically
where can i get that card count mod?
found it nvm thx any ways
This video is brought to you by Coca Cola.
cthun does a lot of battle cry stuff, I wonder if anyone ever thought of using shudderwok with it?
I completely believe in this deck. Not many decks can beat 4 Highmanes and double N'Zoth plus getting C'Thun stolen. Fuck those games this deck is awesome.
You brian and krip are only people i watch on hearthstone even tho i upload my own hearthstone videos lol.
So the original name is C'thone?
I loved the intro so much dunno y
+André Rosado Im so done i loved the editing
Been on a retro tour of Trump's constructed videos and.. boy does it make me miss Whispers of the Old Gods
I can't wait to watch the C'Two video tomorrow
trump that intro gave me terminal cancer... you've killed me, you've killed me trump
Why does trump always put one gold and one normal disciple in the cthun decks ?
Cause he has only one normal one
He only has one non golden :)
+Max Proasheck He only has one of each.
Why not?
First loss: A hunter with four Highmanes. Still a close game.
Second loss: Opponent could have played three N'Zoth and got a random Warrior card to kill Sylvanas and steal C'Thun.
The decks weakness has more to do with RNG than C'Thun getting stolen.
+Bolby Ballinger That Rogue was brutal.
+Gakusangi Really lucky that N'Zoth survived the Brawl though.
+Nayradin Naynay
dude, what.... ?
theres nothing to do with n'zoth, it was just some bullshit unlucky events.
trump had the brawl, n'zoth survived (1 out 7) , rogue had the shadowstep toxin (1 out 5, 2x), and thean rogue got one randon warrior card that can do 1 damage to his own sylvanas.
had any of that gone wrong for the rogue trump would have won...
sorry for my bad english tho ^^
World class intro Jens. Hilarious!
That intro is why I subbed.
Santa Cola in May?
Why don't 10 drops evolve into Giants that cost more than 10?
oh right
Oh the irony; C'three gets defeated by Savanna Fourmane.
anyone notice trump could have made it more interesting at 27:00 if he used execute on cthun
I know trump didn't intend for this, but does he seem to be talking down to Krip slightly. Saying that oracle was unnecessary and whatnot? Or am i looking too deep into this. I understand they are good friends. Just a thought. Much love and peace to all :)
I just think Trump isn't one to fluff things. He shares his opinion of what he believes is good. He just doesn't sugar coat it.
I think you're right. That makes a lot of sense!
Why didn't Trump play doomcaller against the rogue after killing his own C'thun? I'm pretty sure that still would've put it back into his deck.
It doesn't :l Because it's their c'thun that died, according to the game
This is my 1st video of his, are all of them exploiting products??
I swear I've been shouting Harbinger so many times at my computer screen. It's about as slow as Doomcaller, but drawing C'thun would make so many situations better.
These ads are always actually pretty pleasant.
I've tried this deck vs. Kripp's and almost always lose with this variation. Kripp's wins more for me, but since a great majority of this is just luck anyway it's hard to tell whether it's the deck that's superior, or just my luck while using Kripp's.
19:20 It sounded like he said C'Three :D
why execute costs you 1mana but my execute costs 2mana??
This was a while ago when it used to cost 1 mana.
That first hunter had disgusting luck
congrats on 700,000 subs! almost...
Trump doesn't get that the coldlight oracle is a finisher not a means of acquiring cards. Also rarely you burn the opponents cards with it.
"Even though you built the deck extremely poorly"
SHOTS FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today I learned that 3 Cthuns can be countered by 3 Nzoths
Shouldn't the title be C'trois? Cause, yenno... C'thun, C'duex, C'troi?
trump you are awesome and i respect you. Thank you for awesome content!
what happens if you bronzebeard and justicar
The brawl at 26:57 was a big mistake, u could have executed C'thun, traded the 4/2 with the 4/4 and then smashed the 2/3... Also you could have done trades before brawling it was just a shield waste..
Can three C'thuns stand against the might of four Savannah Highmanes? I think not.
how can he have 4 savannah ?
For some reason it was jarring hearing Trump say 'dank memes'.
Enjoy the coke money. We all love trump. Why should we care if he makes money.
It should be fairly obvious it's a joke.
+theparagonal genuine Trump dry humour. I'm loving it. DUURRUUDUTURRUUU....
32:52 it seems as the rogue is blind, and cant throw knifes in the right direction
This one time, at a party, I asked a girl to share some coke with me.
All I got was a small bag of icing sugar...
Serious question Trump. How often are you "touched by the Kripp"? No means no.
Nice backhanded compliment to Krip! :P
Would balance be better if they shifted to maximum 100 Mana (with +10 Mana each turn and 20 Mana Hero Powers)? Then they could finetune some of the cards that are either OP or trash with the current mana costs by adding halves. Like you could combine a 35 Mana card with a 15 Mana one,
I don't really play ladder to care for balance, but seeing how a 1 Mana nerf can make an OP card trash and they cannot nerf it by any less makes the future of the game grim.
but then everything gets shuffled massively and complicates the whole deck making process.
That said, I guess there aren't really all that many cards in the game yet (even though we're quite a few expansions in now) compared to, say, Magic, so going through every card might not be all that time consuming.
it would be cool if you could mix a C't deck with dead mans hand.
Holy crap I actually got up and got a coke halfway through the video without realizing.
this intro was like a filthy frank video light. he even did the whole "ladies" thing
the cool refreshing taste of COKE made his brain working
in hindsight, you might've played that 31 damage to a minion a little too soon. If you saved it for the enemy c'thun, you would have gotten rid of it easily, and then wouldn't have to deal with it's bs.
Cokerino Sellouterino ?
24:15 C'thun tried to tell the Shaman. Twice but, he didn't listen...
trump: "let s make a c'thul deck!"
-never drops c'thul-
With all this smack talk Trump, I feel the need for a 1v1 against Kripp. Make it happen!
At first I thought u meant 3v3 but then I saw u say 1v1 lol
what exactly happened between kripp and trump?
+Deune just friendly smack talk is all
Kripp would lose
+KyeBreh in a fight yea cuz his huge head
That's a big target lol
That product placement is supported by a video.
will you play in wild sometimes Trump?
The point of Coldlights in Kripps deck is to have another win condition with Brann through fatigue if C'thun can't be resummoned. 2 Doomcallers is a way worse call, funny he was shitting on Kripps deck.
eyy i just realised this was posted on my birthday
