Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. That would make a Helluva Mac-n-Cheese too. So much flavor in there. I made a dip slightly similar but I made the bits a little more finely diced and people did not want it. Too much for their tastebuds. I had to go back to the old recipe that was just cream cheese, hot 🔥 sauce and chicken. I added a little granulated garlic and onion, that's it. That's the Pennsylvania Dutch palette. At least I made the chips fresh. What do you think of a dessert dip.? I was thinking about a deconstructed Cannoli . Make chips with the Cannoli shell dough and serve the cream filling on the side. Could be fun. I made a fabulous "ice cream" today using a can of coconut 🥥 milk, 7 very ripe persimmons and some guava flavored yogurt. I just purred the persimmons and folded in the rest with a little Splenda for sweetness. Really good. I like the coconut milk base, much less calories. The persimmon ice cream sounds heavenly!! We don't have persimmons in our stores anymore and I'm so bummed about it! I love the fruit and even use it in salads. It's really great with goat cheese!

Never tasted something sooo bitter, but when they are slightly mushy and ripe 😍. I was surprised that the coconut milk worked so well. OK, I got a pork loin I gotta trim up.
