Indeed, the devil have no CLAIM on a believer, both body and spirit, just as the devil claimed Moses' body but was rebuked by God and more so had the devil no claim on the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ, having no body to claim, for Christ Jesus resurrected from the dead. So too the believers in Christ, with the imdwelling of the Holy Spirit who is the guarantor of the resurrection of the believer's body.
It is even impossible for a believer to be possess by the devil, with the Holy Spirit indwelled, whose testimony is also a believer's testimony regarding the water, i.e. Jesus' word and the blood, i.e. Jesus' sacrifice, by which a believer is baptized by the Holy Spirit or is born again, thus is the treasure in broken vessel or a believer's body, even as we cry "abba Father," having been testfied by the Holy Spirit as adopted sons of God.
