Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 сер 2013
- Uploading the highest-quality versions of the original Ace Attorney trilogy's soundtracks, from the Gyakuten Saiban Sound Box.
Also, hearing Mr. Wright go "HOLD IT!" with this is a pleasure for the ears
I prefer Mia's voice
@@Chem.Baroness Mia's voice is just.. so bad. So annoying.
@@Ineedabigboi1771 Your opinion. And also, I only hear her english voice in Objection Funk or something like that. I played the game in german
@@Chem.Baroness It doesn't sound so bad in Objection Funk, although it really sounds weirdly annoying in game. Like, it doesn't suit her character much.
@@Ineedabigboi1771 Possible, I never watched an english playthrough ^^'
Me: presenting evidence
Music: stops paying
*Thinks it's right evidence*
Music: continue playing
Judge: Strikes me with punishment
Man, that happened to me so many times haha
*reloads last save
@@MTown587 I did that on an emulator back on an emulator with save states so I wouldn't mess up all the time in the trilogy (I was smart in high school when I played this but I used to suck at thinking things through but after playing this trilogy it helped me get better. Years later I got the HD trilogy for Xbox and I breezed through it
Time to reload the save
This game does that?! I’m scared now I just started this game
It’s so weird whenever I listen to questioning themes i think the one I’m listening to is my favorite
This one is my favorite. I love the silence in between the notes. The notes represent questions and the silence represents waiting for an answer.
I love to analyze music like that. I listen to this song and I hear curiosity because of the constant questions and ughh it’s so good!
I never thought of the silence between the notes like that, I must admit.
For me, this cross examination has always just given me the feel of how far Phoenix had come as a lawyer, as well as how this game touched him on such a personal level throughout all 5 cases.
Yeah it’s good
I really like the 2004 themes for how starkly different they are compared to other examination themes. They're not bombastic or energetic. Especially this one is quiet and pensive. It has this disquieting tone to it like something isn't quite right. Very appropriate for the flashback cases and the final case in particular.
after all these years this is still easily my favorite ace attorney game and my favorite ace attorney ost as well
A game filled with emotions, especially love of the developers.
1:19 the bass there is just beautiful
I know this isnt the right game, but this song makes me think of Yanni Yogi swaying left and right, south park style.
Your imagination is frightening...
Ini Miney too
It's Gumshoe raising his eyebrows for me
I remember struggling to find out who took the flippin' snowmobile xD
Didn't really like this at first but it grew on me after a while.
Well I was riding with my partner in the armored van and suddenly we spotted a bag on the side of the road. We got out and eventually decided to throw the bag in with the others. We didn’t know there was someone hiding in there.
Ahhh another man with excellent taste in games. This is actually how I found the AA series lol.
If he really was in the bag, then...
How did he tied the knot from inside of the bag !?
@@TheSangheili000 same. Best choice ever.
@@TheSangheili000 I found out about AA years later after playing Escaping the Prison and had the weirdest feeling of ongoing deja vu until I figured it out
This sounds like you're taking a really long test...
this with mias "hold it!" is just absolutely beatiful.
This doesn’t feel complete without phoenix saying HOLD IT!
This is my favorite cross examination theme.
It's actually Witness Testimony theme.
It's the same thing.
I actually like this more than the first game's cross examination theme.
I get the good goosebumps from this, so precious.
when it really starts at 0:46 . this one is so good!
The first time I heard this was from Escaping the Prison, like, a bajillion years ago. I played through the whole AA series across 2018-2020, and it was great.
Yeah in the remastered version they've changed the music
I first heard of Phoenix Wright in a parody video made in 2007... "Boot To The Head"...
Then I heard the original Game itself from a Creepy Bad Endings by whoisthisgit...
Then I decided To watch the gameplay itself.
*franziska von karma pose*
The End...
*Hold It!* Are you sure there was nothing else that influenced you to watch the series? Those two facts seem very minor, yet it somehow interested you...
I see youre a man of culture as well
@@novavera5323 OBJECTION! Whosithisgit's creepy bad endings video of Ace Attorney is long and gives a lot of details about the game. I don't think that's very minor!
@@novavera5323 *OBJECTION!* "Watched" the series? *desk slam* HE WATCHED ONE GAMEPLAY VIDEO, NOT A WHOLE SERIES!
@@splashor6361 I mean, the creepy bad endings video along with a bunch of memes are what got *me* into the games, so it was pretty influential IMO
"(Well, we know whose milkshake brings all the boys to the yard...)"
This sounds like it would be music from picross and that’s a fricken compliment, I love this music. Only did the first episode just now, but after the first few seconds I’m like holy heck I’m already in love with this track. Also the second part where it picks up, I’m just grooving while trying to focus on the testimony lmao. This is fricken great
Dahlia: ah sh*t here we go again..
The theme of finding not contradictions so then you look it up and feel stupid
I discovered this one when The Act Man used it in one of his QuantumTV videos and I love it!!
You'll love the games even more
@@shlokwaghela9560 I've only played the first game. I've heard that the other games are great!!
Hopefully it got you to play the game
Definetely my favorite questioning theme, perfect blend of the first and second game's themes!
best study music
i feel this is more foreboding than 2001
Questioning as a track scales up beautifully. Tense and biting beat then pans out, all the time retaining the beat. Keeps scaling then the loop rolls back and you feel it all over again...
I did not like this soundtrack until I actually spent some time actually listening to it. The constant musical conundrum: Do you make a sound that complements the gameplay, keeping safe and in the background or do you bring out the beats, the instruments, and let fly with the arrangements? If you outshine the gameplay then you have a problem. You can feel this conundrum in this song especially. Bet the musician was told to scale back the arrangements at some point during the creative process.
A brilliant song that is underappreciated for the most part. Much respect to the composer!
There's a reason that the guy who composed this Is now composing for all of the other games.
Say what you want the music but TT had the best cross-examination thrme
I am most certainly sorry, but it is my least favourite of all of them
The original had the best
My favorite is Concerned.
@@kadint ??????????????
@@someone_ig2.0 No need to be shocked. It _is_ the most famous theme.
This is as relaxing as JFA’s questioning theme tbh
i dont understand the rhythm of this track but i like it
DavidTheGamer It’s 4/4 except for every eight measure which adds an extra eight note in to make the time signature 9/8. You can hear it really well at 0:45.
@@akafish7485 Pretty sure it's every *24th* measure that gets an extra *quarter* note. First (and only) time it happens in this video is right around 1:35.
Though I don't feel this piece in 4/4. I feel it as a pattern of 15/16 (5 dotted eighth notes), 4/4, 4/4, 17/16 (quarter note, 3 dotted eighth notes, quarter note). These four measures average at 4/4, with the last measure effectively "stealing" a sixteenth note from the first, but it doesn't work for me if I try to keep a steady quarter note pulse; I have to subdivide down to sixteenth notes to find an underlying, steady beat.
Anyway, every sixth time that pattern repeats, the last measure gets an extra quarter note and becomes 21/16. That's how I feel it.
@@ody1212 I'm pretty sure it's straight 4/4. The note normally expected to play on the first downbeat is instead played on the last upbeat of the previous bar. This results in causing uncertainty in the way the listener feels the music due to the lack of a rhythm track.
This is evident in the Allegro version which has a rhythm track. The kick will keep a steady 4/4 while the snare occasionally plays on the bar's last upbeat in unison or otherwise do it's own thing.
@@ody1212 Re-read your post and I must have missed the part when you said that you yourself subjectively feel it a different way. My bad.
Although, I would argue 7/8 and 9/8 is what you meant, rather than 15/16 and 17/16. Unless I'm not understanding your way of feeling the track.
I’m going to pretend that I know sight reading that well to know what you’re talking about
This theme was so good to the point where I couldn’t focus on reading the text. Worth it though
0:00 Meh, kinda of don't like it. 0:48 Oh my God, this is amazing!!! (*Faints from awesomeness*)
me too XD
The first 48 seconds are just the intro and the game jsut wants to stretch to 10 minutes but it didn't quite work
bro! you just posted cringe! you are going to lose subscriber!
All it took was a baseline.
Another title of this music "Calm down and Lets think"
Best cross examination theme. It sounds like Phoenix and Mia fighting to get the truth against all odds
The horns are just exquisite in this
I can only think of dahlia
literally Ill I see is her slow blinking and plastered smile to the beat of this song
this is what anxiety sounds like
I was driving along with my partner, in the armored van, when suddenly, there was a bag on the side of the road.
Lol Henry Stickmin reference
This song makes me think of 90 degree angles
Interesting, can you elaborate?
@@koblasco9289 The brief breaks between notes makes me think of the sharp turn of a 90 degree angle
@@pizzaguy3007 That's cool, I like the idea.
+bobsauce100 the Gyakuten Saiban Sound Box is from the GBA version.
CORRECTION!
A good mashup between GBA and DS
I'm pretty sure that the T&T GBA version soundtrack was reused for the DS version, if I'm not mistaken.
Julia Tegge ~ Wrong.T&T and the rest of the trilogies' soundtrack was remade/cleaned up. This is the Sound Box version,a more accurate remake of the GBA Gyakuten Saiban themes than the DS "updated" soundtrack.
Moderato and allegro suit case 1 and 4 the most for me.
I thought the pendulum explanation was a bit out there but other than that, that case was absolutely amazing
If you sing the tune of "The ballad of Mona Lisa" by Panic! At the Disco, it matches
By far the best questioning theme in the trilogy.
Don't know why people like the first one. It was grating during gameplay.
やっぱりカッコイイなぁ
Escaping the Prison
2x speed is very good
Nah bruh. 1.5
No 1,25
Allegro?
Is it controversial to say that as a general rule, I prefer the Moderato versions of the cross examination themes over the Allegro versions?
For me it depends from game to game
I adore both versions from this one
The same goes for the first and second game. Apollo Justice too.
However from Spirit of Justice and the first Investigations I only really like the moderato versions.
Cmon its obviously the Switch version.
*OBJECTION !*
Phoenix : Just take a look at the description. See where it states "added 29 August 2013" ? It's impossible for the video to be based on the switch version !
Judge : AHH - Indeed the defense have a point !
SamusSX117 *HOLD IT!*
Your honor.. The defense seems to have forgotten something very important...
Judge: What is it Edgeworth?
The previous comment was a joke. There is no switch version yet.
Judge: I see. It would appear that the defense should use more time to think before raising an objection... as usual.
Edgeworth : Your honor, it may be best for Mr. Wright to take a break before his brain suffer any more damages from those ridiculous claims. Fortunately, i think this penalty will be a big help.
*take a penalty*
Judge : Next time try to not confuse me Mr. Wright !
Phoenix : Argh !
SamusSX117 Edgeworth: **whispers** lol
In 1 year, now have a Switch version of the Trilogy
This feels like the original moderato theme but better
*_z v a r r i_*
sounds like xbox one version
Super high quality, isn't it?
Your wish came true
Relax
man this sound like someone fighting an ex-boyfriend
what baffles me the most about this song is that the main instruments are marimbas???
Glida: Rainbow dash killed that pony with a storm cloud I was there.
Phoenix: That wasn't a testimony! That was one statement!
Oh yeah turnabout storm;)
@@user-lj3ef8lt8w Yep!^^

Juez: señor wrhight de que lado esta.
Fiscal: se ve que es un arma de doble filo, o solo es muy estupido.
(Cualquier parecido con el juego es mera coincidencia) LOL
Escaping the Prison from the Henry Stickmin series, anyone?
Why theres no AA for pc ;..; , We need 1080p or 4k ultra upgrated sounds and all AA for awhile #Gloriouspcmasterrace
Shooterdash i'm PRETTY shure that the DS did the blue attorney best. also, just get the 3ds version, bro
+Shooterdash You can emulate it. It's really easy as long as you know what you're doing so you don't accidentally download malware.
+The Boonsman why not the iOS?
Pol74698 ((It's the IOS))
+The Boonsman Look, I've already had cryptical answers from another video. Can you explain?
Unpopular opinion: being stuck on chapter 3 for 2 months made me hate this song😔
