The plunder master stash unit lets you stash the outfit without the sceptre - as long as you equip it before filling stash unit, you can save some bank space :P
Fun fact you can stash the Menaphite robes without stashing the sceptre (which you'll always bring from your bank because it's your tp to that step). +3 bank spaces.

I believe you can store menaphite robes in the stash without a sceptre. so you dont need a 3rd sceptre
