Ma sa-saturate din ang SG if may easy PR pathway sila...so you have to know what's importante for you, malaki cashflow with out PR or sa Canada maliit na cashflow yet my PR to Citizenship...

Over here in Metro Vancouver, I just can't imagine how most of those that are staying or arriving here can afford to buy their own property. I was just looking at the development of new & recently built townhouses (2 years old) here with an area of around 1,300sqft at the average price of around 1.350M. I also check the income a couple should have & found that even if they are earning a combined income of 250,000 annually will only qualify for a loan of 1M with a 20% downpayment. An individual earning 125,000 annually qualify you as belonging to the top 5% percentile of earners.
what hates you guys...students/tfw/tourist are the true blooded canadians na were here since the start of the 2nd world war...binababoy nyo ang canada...yung mga arrived before 1999 well behave pa sila...after that nakaka suka na sila
