Join SFU Beedie honours student Kim in a 2-hour, hyper-focused study session. We use the Pomodoro Technique in which we:
➔ Study hard for 25 minutes straight
➔ Take a 5-minute break
➔ Repeat
There are cute little surprises throughout the whole video so make sure you don't give up halfway!

I absolutely love the pomodoro method . For someone with chronic procrastination tendencies and a limited attention span during exams, this is working very well for me.

Until recently, I constantly procrastinated avoiding my college responsibilities.
Since I discovered these kinds of videos I have been able to reverse the situation slowly and progressively. Of all the ones I looked at, this is certainly my favorite. Without music, with controlled ambient noise and a timer that only appears when it sounds, avoiding possible distracting speculations.

Usually, I study with these videos and I love them, sometimes I don't like the quality so I search for nice ones and then I got this one AND I LOVED IT. Thank you for this lovely video. Because of the new year and Christmas holiday, it was hard to get back on track but this helped, thank you!

I was very exhausted from the Day's hard work & wasn't feeling like studying & was feeling lonely. But something struck my head & i started looking for a study mate on UA-cam & I'm glad i chose this video. I can't believe i managed to study for almost 2 hours without breaking a sweat or getting bored. Before it always seemed to be a herculean task but this time it felt so much great & my productivity went up. I highly appreciate the Pomodoro technique. Thanks 👍

This is a really good session. Initially I was bummed out because there wasn't a timer on the screen. But turns out I looked at the screen less often and focussed more on my work. So thanks!
