ഞാനൊരു പ്രവാസിയാണ് (UAE) നാട്ടിലായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ വീടിനടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു ചെറിയ ചായകടയിൽ നിന്നും (ബഷീർക്ക tea stall ) മുട്ട റോസ്‌റ്റും അപ്പവും പതിവായി കഴിക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു... അപാര രുചിയുള്ള മുട്ട റോസ്റ്റ്... അത്രയും രുചിയിൽ മറ്റൊരിടത്തു നിന്നും കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ല....ഇപ്പോൾ ലീവിന് നാട്ടിൽ പോകുമ്പോഴും അവിടെ പോകാറുണ്ട്...... അക്ബർ ബ്രോയുടെ.. ഈ റെസിപി കണ്ടപ്പോ ഒന്ന് ട്രൈ ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് തോന്നി..... ചുമ്മാ പറയല്ല പറഞ്ഞപോലെ അസാധ്യ രുചിതന്നെ.. ഞാൻ മുൻപ് പറഞ്ഞ മുട്ട റോസ്‌റ്റിനോട് കടപിടിക്കുന്ന രുചി......
