No, you can see the move is available to reactivate but has a set time that it will if you just sit there. The icon is not faded, it's solid clickable.

For some reason, the devs are unwilling to rework Gengar, and instead repackage the kid for a different pair. A lot of players who like to play attackers especially, love that Gengar sucks and are willing to see it continue to struggle rather than get our kit changed. It's my most played mon, and I'd rather see it do less damage over time and have a more useful kit across the entirety of the match. I don't need it high highs, I need its Lowe's to not be in the basement

@entityproductions830 I'd rather say that Gengar can be fun. But the design philosophy behind the character is half baked/rigid. This was fine year 1 but by now it feels like it's aged poorly. Great burst, bad early and mid games. Countered by team play. Hex is as cheesy as day 1, while ball/eater suffers highly from the range nerf while being a moveset with small windows of opportunity.
All they’re missing is nasty plot adding those random mini deadlights (also the nightmare mode but the unite move is kinda like that and also forces them to play pokken for a few seconds to compensate)
I love the fact that it has its legs out during the scoring animation :) Not sure how much I like the moveset yet, because it seems there's more to it.

if his unite is as much like mordekaiser's ult in league, then full heal or something similar might drop you out of it. which can be a great counter, because one of you was prepared to be dropped back into a team fight
that unite sounds like the ultimate "you cannot and will not play the game anymore" thing. i guess you could purposely delay ko'ing thenightmared target as they cant help at an objective while stuck there with you
Darkrai is my favourite pokemon so im glad to see him. Two things that i thought that nobody is pointing out. You could use the unite has an escape tool using it on the slowest pokemon to run away. And the other one is can you score while using it? Because you could use it on someone stuck in a fight or that is escaping from one and take advantage of it to score while having noone being able to stop you.
When the Unite ends both of you are teleported back, If I had to guess you probably won't be able to score inside their nightmare. I think it could be really strong against Healers as you're denying the enemies healing while you're in an easy 1v1.

Just like other Pokemon who have 1v1 unites, since they have a third move of burst and all but if there is a skill gap or level gap, you're not guaranteed a ko? Curious to see more of it Also looks like when you come back you spawn in where you left, the enemy team could rip you as if you had sheninja doll

That "burst damage" is most likely it's boosted attack against sleeping Pokemon
