I'm glad you listed Ambre Nuit in your list. I have owned a bottle for 5 years and love it. Would suggest you try Bois D'Argent from the Dior Prive line as well.

Yes absolutely! It is a beauty and one of the best autumnal fragrances for men. Oh that's interesting have you found it has changed at all within those 5 years? Oh I love Bois D'argent! One of may favourites from Dior 😍
@@pikafragrance I don't believe it has changed. I have a 125 ml bottle of Ambre Nuit. I also have bottles of Bois D'Argent (I love that fragrance), Feve Delicieuse and Vanilla Diorama. I love Dior fragrances for men - very elegant, sophisticated, and as a man....pairing a fragrance like Bois D'Argent with a bespoke suit, beautiful Ferragamo shoes, Tom Ford glasses...it just completes the whole look.

Amazing video! Ive tried only the Richwood. I have been loading up on so many niche frags with tobacco note. The only 1 that stands out is Herod. Oh my God! That is heaven. I even layer it with Vanille Havane or Sundowners. VH has to be 1 of the best Vanilla frags out there. It has a dried fruit touch. Sundowners has to be top in the cinnamon category. This is no typical cinnamon. It has so much depth. I plan on traveling through Europe in October starting with London.

Nice choices, not just a boring list of the usual suspects. I have to agree with the 'overspraying' comment. I think there's a line to be drawn when applying enough of the fragrance to get noticed or leave a nice trail, and choking everyone around you. Lighter or fresh fragrances may need a few more sprays, the heavier, cold-weather ones maybe not so much... getting the balance right will be more likely to garner a compliment. The recent short of CurlyFragrance spraying like 70 times and pretending that would be acceptable was just ridiculous.
I'm also a fan of Ormonde Jayne, so I subscribed to your channel to see what else you might be able to recommend 😊

Happy to have done a more unique list 🤗 You're preaching to the choir, when I see the overspray videos (although mostly satire I know) it does make me think of the poor people in their vicinity 🤣 Even if I love a fragrance I wouldn't want to infiltrate 2 metres of air space for the sake of compliments... @@pikafragrance I have a good relationship with the girls on the Ormonde Jayne counter at Fenwicks here in Newcastle, and they have been very kind with their time, and generous with samples, so I've had the opportunity to try out pretty much the whole range and collect quite a few bottles over the years. I have Ambre Royal, Ormonde Man, Evernia, Xandria, Tanger, four Montabacos (Verano, Cuba, Ivoire and Rio), 8ml travel sprays of Ta'if, Sakura, Nawab of Oudh, Xian, and a 10ml of Arabesque. Eek, didn't realise I had so many till I wrote them down 😅. Thankfully there are no more in their current line-up that I want (except maybe a 10ml of the new Vanille des Afriques). I hope they do another limited edition run of Montabaco fragrances in the new year as in previous years. I'm not happy that they moved to 88ml bottles rather than 50 and 120ml... all my bottles except Rio are 50ml and are more than enough for me. It also made the price of Vanille des Afriques a bit steep at nearly £300 😮
I absolutely love Ambre D’Alexandrie for cold weather and my juice has become so dark😍😍. I have sampled Ghibli and the opening is so glorious but the drydown was way too leathery on me😩😩. I will try it again in cold weather and see if there is a difference🤔🤔. Stay gorgeous 🥰🥰

Agree on the cost of the Dior Esprit line. I had an Amex discount which was why I bought it but if you've already have MFK Grand Soir, the Esprit of Ambre Nuit is a bit redundant.

Yea Oud isn't always fecal it can be beautifully woody and incrediblw. I've not tried that HdP it sounds gorgeous.

Yeah 100% I think people always assume it's fecal but so many aren't and just gorgeously woody and rich! Definitely try it if you can it is a gorgeous fragrance 🤗 Haha, trust me when he sprays ambre nuit I feel like a lucky woman! Zizan is nice because it's not a sharp aromatic it's more candied and mellow so I think you might enjoy it ❤
