from what I know time passes in whis' staff different but we dont know to what degree. It's just mainly the atmosphere that they trained with. Don't see it makes too much a difference + we have to be realistic, they can only train for as long as they live not a milly years

One minor issue in this timeline, is that you can only be in the room of spirit and time for 2 years. This was only changed on the normal timeline because Buu/gotenks destroyed it and Dende repair it without the limit. So the limit still exists in this timeline.

1:35 I can think of two explanations of the as to why Kami didn't teach Goku the Mafuba off the top of my head: 1. Kami actually took quite a long time learning it. Without a master to directly teach him it is reasonable to think Kami may spent a long time learning it, especially since he was ALSO teaching Goku over the timeskip and also doing his normal Godly duties of looking over earth. A counter to this might be saying that Tien seemed to learn the technique quickly but Tien WATCHED Roshi use it in person and also, the Crane School (like Roshi's Turtle School) does have roots in Master Mutaito's teachings. We even see this happen with the kamehameha: Goku seems to learn the technique instantly but once learning that Gohan was his grandpa, Roshi immediately responds with "now that I watch him... i see where he got his training" (that might also explain why Tien could learn the kamehameha so quickly or why so many people learned the Taiyoken). 2. Kami purposefully wanted Goku beating up Piccolo to be an absolute last resort. Kami even says on panel that he didn't think Piccolo would be able to repulse the Mafuba and that it was now Goku's job to take him down. Kami also seemed surprised at Piccolo's power (especially with how much stronger than Piccolo Daimou he was) which means he was probably always planning on using the Mafuba since he obviously wasn't going to kill himself. Teaching Goku the mafuba would have been a waste of time then because Goku would be a backup in case raw power was needed.
You forgot Goku pulling a Garlic Jr and actually just straight-up wishing for Immortality at some point early in the timeline: probably between catch'n'releasing Piccolo and Raditz showing up. Having true immortality and a bottomless Ki supply, ala Garlic Jr, would make certain things even easier.
3:00 goku would actively seek out Piccolo for a fight, whether or not Piccolo was up for it, simply to ‘hone his skills’ since he will get stronger by fighting Piccolo. This may affect their relationship, and Piccolo begins to grow a fondness for their rivalry and a respect for the man. Both of them would probably be 900-1000 this way for Raditz
It was fun, but you might consider a sequel where being prepared means being more like Batman. You still get a lot of those round 1 fights where Goku looses, or has to retreat, but he uses it to know how to prepare for round 2.
What u just realized is that ssj3 isn’t the only form from the buu saga that just didn’t really have any further need so that nobody else learned it, the ultimate form of gohan is as well, imagine the whole z fighter roster having both of these
Knowing dragon ball's fights, it will either be Goku having mercy on them and sparing them but then he gets injured resulting in lower power levels because the opposition does some random dirty trick or he will hold back to make the fights even, Goku is a fair warrior.
actually the saiyans pods were used to make an already existing spaceship much faster so that they could get to Namek quickly. The gravity training was an add on that Dr. Breifs put in of his own accord at Gokus request.

Popo's training is all about unlocking Ultra Instinct. For Freeza it could be reliatic that Goku has Ultra Instinct already but at lower capacity for lck of power level and god ki.
Note that, one pretty powerful thing Goku has access to before the sayjan/Frieza saga, that he didn't use are zenkai boosts+senzu beans. There is no reason he couldn't figure out "hm shortly after I am damaged I am more powerful"
this is a fun idea, the only thing is because if buu wasn''t killed (unless shin had beerus destroy the egg offscreen), moro would never escape. he only gets out bcuz kid buu (who possesses the grand supreme kai's magical powers) was killed, breaking the seal of moro. he then spent the next few years gathering his strength back before escaping.

i know this wasn't supposed to be taken seriously, but i ran some numbers and things get interesting. assuming freeza doen't transform arriving on earth and goku trains for 1 and a half months doing the gravity spaceship training, his power level would be 546k without even using a kioken. at 6 months his power level would be 2.4 million, 600k weaker than him in canon. if he wants a good fight and fights frieza at 50%, he would need to train for 6 years for his power level to be 59.9 million with a 2x kaioken.
Kami didn’t teach the mafuba to him because he wanted Piccolo dead but was unable to kill him. If he taught him that move it would give goku an out and Piccolo might return one day.

Low-key I feel like Goku being so much stronger instead of killing radiz he might knock him out instead or incapacitate him enough that he can't move having to listen to Goku. Assuming piccolo tries anything Goku can just stop him, kinda like how he stopped Krillin from killing Vegeta well except Goku is easily the strongest in this what if out of piccolo himself and radiz. In the saiyan saga all Goku would have had to do was not fall off of snake way. He trained for 88 days and went from a power of 416 to 9,000 (over 20x boost). If he didnt fall off of Snake Way, he may have made it there in 2 months making his boost around a 60x from 416 to 24,960 in base and K1 around 37,000...he would sill need a K6 or K7 to beat oozaru VEGETA but he probably would have mastered up to K20 since he would have had more time to train with King Kai

actually the saiyans pods were used to make an already existing spaceship much faster so that they could get to Namek quickly. The gravity training was an add on that Dr. Breifs put in of his own accord at Gokus request.

i know this wasn't supposed to be taken seriously, but i ran some numbers and things get interesting.
assuming freeza doen't transform arriving on earth and goku trains for 1 and a half months doing the gravity spaceship training, his power level would be 546k without even using a kioken. at 6 months his power level would be 2.4 million, 600k weaker than him in canon.
if he wants a good fight and fights frieza at 50%, he would need to train for 6 years for his power level to be 59.9 million with a 2x kaioken.
Kami didn’t teach the mafuba to him because he wanted Piccolo dead but was unable to kill him. If he taught him that move it would give goku an out and Piccolo might return one day.

1:53 aren't they limited to only day in the hyperbolic time chamber. so even if he does a few hours at a time it would add up and not be available in the future for him.

Low-key I feel like Goku being so much stronger instead of killing radiz he might knock him out instead or incapacitate him enough that he can't move having to listen to Goku. Assuming piccolo tries anything Goku can just stop him, kinda like how he stopped Krillin from killing Vegeta well except Goku is easily the strongest in this what if out of piccolo himself and radiz. Either radiz escapes entering his own Vegeta like arc when spared heading to namek or another planet or stays on earth and maybe not immediately helping begrudgingly like Vegeta on namek but could possibly even consider wanting to finally get back on nappa seeing as he's presumed dead and the saiyains still arriving taking opportunity to train seeing his younger brother so strong from harsh training he would have the perfect combinations of motivation. In the saiyan saga all Goku would have had to do was not fall off of snake way. He trained for 88 days and went from a power of 416 to 9,000 (over 20x boost). If he didnt fall off of Snake Way, he may have made it there in 2 months making his boost around a 60x from 416 to 24,960 in base and K1 around 37,000...he would sill need a K6 or K7 to beat oozaru VEGETA but he probably would have mastered up to K20 since he would have had more time to train with King Kai
