The A13 5G is my wife's phone and she constantly has an issue with text messages. She either will not have send button after typing in the message, the phone tries to do some mass message and want more people entered or she will try to phone me and it says that person is not available. Today she came home from Costco where this happened trying to first text me and then phone me. I showed her I was able to both text and phone me easily but I have no idea what she could be doing. This happens all the time and she's had several Samsung phones before this that all worked perfectly for her until this one which she is ready to run over with her car, lol.
Your video is very well presented. The steps to be followed was extraordinary . Most of the time if I watch an instruction video I have to watch/listen to it over and over because the person doesn't explain anything well enough to be able to understand what they're saying. YOURS is the BEST I've ever watched/followed. Congratulations for a fantastic instruction video and I sincerely thank you.
Could send texts but not mms. I think at some point, i may have either force closed a supporting app for mms or the software update for my Samsung A13 5G caused a bit of an issue with it. Either way u saved me from alot of information, documentation, & multimedia transferring with the reset trick. Android has came a long way from the unlocking and custom installing your own variation of android in the beginning when Gingerbread and Kitkat came out. It was the only way to save space allowing extra files to be sent over to SD card as they wouldn't allow u at that point to overclock when it needed it. Thankfully, technology has started to catch up to the demands of current application necessities as well as settings advancements to fix certain issues allowing people a chance 2 save their phones from going in the bin if ur not technically inept.
