the real jim morrison the music industry tried to hide from everyone. he wasnt just the lizard king leading the doors vocals and shows with his theatrical performances. he was an intelligent, well spoken, poet. beautiful!

Thank you oh lord..for the white blind light. Most of his word choices r biblical word choices. he speaks in the same imagery as the Word, he always struggled with drugs and fame and always repented. I know he was given grace in the end. i will see you when you come back down for the millenium Jim, but you already knew that

I agree , I recently told my mom that....when you watch the film clip of Jimbo helping a young girl who got hit in the head at a concert, JIm is very sweet with her.....he is not a drunken fool..cough Oliver Stone....oh my that film is bad....

Snodger Bill, I am cryin now from listening to about 2 hours of Jim's Poetry. I love him, so real and so tortured. I relate to him so very much. I used to try to write poetry but never could match anything next to him. Not that I was trying. Just a fact. Dusty the 2nd. And Bill what a beautiful thing to say about him. Thanks.

I hope Jim makes it to heaven. I’ve heard that the music in heaven is one of the experiences that is way, way, beyond anything we have heard on earth. Eye has not seen, ear has not heard what awaits us. But we have to be in union with God’s will; but I’ve also heard that God has infinite mercy. And God is just.

Jim was lonely himself. He had a unique mind. He couldn't help but notice that the bulk of his American audience came for his antics, the lyrics went over their heads. This gutted him. Then Pamela broke his heart and syphoned out his soul. He loved her, she didn't care much, and probably didn't even register much being "barely there", a junkie, except being Jim's girlfriend stroke her ego. She would sleep around and spend his money. And Jim knew that.

Never desperate, forever giving! Weak is never the microphone of heart! He traveled so we could understand, he welcomed the strange, so we wouldn't feel! Death looms, life cares for a moment to project, or lifetime to be a safe soul! God gave us many in moments, that last forever in time!

In my opinion..Jim was a Poet, before all else. Thats why he was able to write such deeply moving 🎶 music! Weather Happy or Emotionally engaging.. He was my muse, in so,so many ways.. one of my very sacred poems he wrote for Pam! You may know it. "All the poems have wolves in them, All but,one..T 3:13 he most beautiful one of them all: " She dances in a Ring of 🔥 fire,an throws off the challenge with a shrug".... He was a young man, with an old soul well beyond his years.... R.I.P Jim! You were the lizard 🦎 👑 king an will remain so....❤

    I am the woman
    In the window
    See the children
    Playing
    Soldier sailor
    Young man on your way
    To the summer
    Swimming pool
    Can you see me standing?
    In my window
    Can you hear me
    Laughing?
Come upstairs sir to your room and I will play for you
    Oh dreamland
    golden scene land
    Try to sleep lamb
    Take us to dreamland
    I am unhappy
    Far from my woman-
    Take me to dreamland
    Land of the Banyon
    Land of plentiful
    Pleasures of pines
    & potatoes on tables
    Laden with good things
    Eat at my table
    She cried to the vineyards
    Calling the workers
    Home from the meadows
    Manyou are evil
    get out of my garden
    ours is a good place
    Home of the rain deer
    Sell me your pony
    Your fast golden pony
    I need his strength
    and his terrible footsteps
    Riding the prairie
    Just me and my angel
    Just try to stop us
    We're going to love
    Open your window
    Woman of Palestine
    Throw down your raiment
    and cover us over.

So long as the production was done sincerely, this is awesome. And why not? I learned much from Jim and The Doors, so what's left but to enjoy and have fun with it. I can see this being described as "haunting", but not over-depressing though.
I also don't mind spending time listening to techno mixes of Jim too. And why not? If it's done sincerely, then there's a good chance it will be cool.
