I don't play this game, but I still think you're a great builder, especially with the limit on objects etc.
Ever since I started playing DDV I always wanted to see what you would do with the decorating! 😅 it looks great!

I can't find the rustic base game mansion.
Hey Kate. It's a really cute build that shows off your landscaping talent.
I've heard of this game but never really looked at it and it leaves me with many questions. Can you build anywhere? How big an area do you get? Can you build houses?
There are currently eight "biomes" where you can build any sort of environment you want, but no buildings--those come pre-made. Each of the areas has its own vibe: forest, meadow, beach, glowing swamp, plaza, savannah, snowy mountain, and then a dark, spooky forest area fit for villains. Each area is quite large for decorating, but the beach is probably the largest.
Edited to add--the biggest problem with this game currently is that there is an overworld item limit. You can see Kate approaching it as she places all those rocks around Moana's house, each and every item no matter if it's a duplicate counts towards the max. Many people find it very hard to decorate their entire Valleys because of it, and have to be choosy about their builds. Also the inside of your many houses (because you can place down as many houses for yourself as you'd like now) can be decorated, but none of the villagers' houses can be changed. Hope that helps!

I think I'll find that limit quite restrictive, as others have, so I think I'll pass. At least for now as it might improve by the time it officially release.

This is so beautiful, too bad we can't decorate as much as we would like because there's a limit of how many items you can have in the world, we can't do it like we do in sims 4. Sad
The did double the item limit with this last patch.
