KNOE-TV Emergency Broadcast System Test (c. Mid 1980s)

Please note that I have no idea who captured this originally. I found this in an EBS Test Complication and I believe the original upload source of this test no longer exists. Also, I apologize for the Bandicam watermark, but it was like that in the complication video I found this in.
A test of the Emergency Broadcast System from KNOE-TV, the CBS affiliate of Monroe, Louisiana. I assume this test dates to sometime in the mid-1980s, though I’m not 100% sure on that.
Not too much to say in terms of this test, as it’s your basic run of the mill test. I will note how the slide zooms in and out at the start and end respectively though. Not sure if any other tests out there did that, though let me know otherwise.

That "zoom" at the beginning would've been a good way to get viewers' collective attention!

Yeah, it would probably catch me too. It's like WXYZ-TV's test, which begins with "THIS IS A TEST" zooming straight towards your screen.
