WNYT Emergency Broadcast System Test (02/26/1995)

A test of the Emergency Broadcast System from WNYT, the NBC affiliate of Albany, New York. This aired on February 26th, 1995 during the local program "See & Hear".
This is another interesting (and somewhat creepy) looking test as the slide shown during the attention signal looks rather old here. I wouldn’t be surprised if it originally dates back to the early 1980s or something. Also, excuse the fuzzy picture, the over-the-air reception that day must have not been the best, but that's analog for you!

I know, a lot of stations seem to use their old test cards from the early 1980s well into the 1990s.

Although important, I always hated it when it would interrupt the program that I was watching.🤔

Luckily, they’d pretty much always conduct these tests during station breaks.
