2:33 Well it's not really the arm that's the problem. It's Winter- no, excuse me. It's Bucky. Because Bucky and Winter Soldier are two different people. Winter Soldier is the Hyper-lethal and remorselessly effective brainwashed Hydra assassin. Sergeant Bucky Barnes of the US Army is a veteran with immense guilt over the numerous lives he's been forced to take. Bucky's heart really isn't the fight anymore and even if it was he's not trying to be responsible for more deaths. At least not humans.
The point I'm trying to make is that the reason he seems like he's been nerfed to hell ever since 2015 is because he's been mostly suppressing his full strength and abilities as to avoid killing anyone.

He don't need the nano-suit to beat them, if you read the civil war comics and look at the fight Tony vs Cap well, it's not even a fight. Cap got like 3 shotted, but the "right" team in the plot is the captain one. So they had to restrain Tony power to make the plot more intresting (half broken armor, little space so can not fly, not trying to harm cap for the first half of the fight and of course using hand on hand combat).
That is haw you explain the defeat of Tony. If you follow the plot of the film, cap team was the chosen one even if most of the ppl were behind Tony team (even me lmao)

When iron man had his nano suit he got the brakes beat off him by thanos but when cap had this hammer he beat the brakes off of thanos 🤷🏼♂️

Read the comics civil war and look at the fight Cap vs Tony, Cap gets 3 shotted easy, you don't understand how powerful Iron Man is, and believe me whan I say that during the fight, tony was not even trying to kill him. The fight is on 2 pages I think then you see cap knocked out and hercules attacking tony to take revenge and save cap.
